honestly for TSW 7 core routes DTG should go primarily with new countries (especially more of Eastern Europe) instead of Germany, US and UK. Like instead of Germany we can get some East European route (Poland, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, Ukraine) since it could bring a completely new feeling instead of german mainline routes which have almost same feeling.

My views on TSW7 would be-
    1. Optimization of all core features- All the routes (backlog definitely included) should have optimized core features for the next era of TSW such as station announcements, train announcements, better AI passenger behaviour, train faults on all trains for all routes. It should not be an update for the content but offered right 'out of the box'.

    2. Removal of all blurry textures- All routes and all trains should have their respective blurry textures gone and replaced with sharper textures and not just for PC but even for all console users as well. Better and much sharper textures inside the train cabs so as to see it clearly when zooming in as well and not blurry. I know this is being worked on but I feel this should be done and finished before the launch of the next TSW game. This shouldn't be just carried on for the next game.

    3. More routes around the world. More countries, more scenic as well as more rush hour routes. (I mean it has the word- World in it).

    4. Glitches/ issues/ etc. gone- Issues such as better AI car behaviour (atleast near the tracks) where they don't phase in through the roads, further spawn points for AI vehicles, wheel blurring optimized, etc.

    5. A better and simpler UI system while choosing a route and a train.

    6. Gameplay packs could be marketed in a way where you pay x amount and over time as an when content needs to be added it could be an update for that gameplay pack. The contents of the gameplay pack could mention the current trains/ scenarios being offered and what is planned for the future for this pack as well.

    7. Gameplay pack bundles.

These are my views for the next TSW game. I think we have kind of reached a make it or break it phase and honestly the next move that is taken could kinda 'seal the deal'. But I really look forward for the improvements in TSW.

The thing I most want in TSW 7 is a route that I love that is a realistic section or end-to-end route with interesting (i.e. not in TSW yet) electric traction that I love driving.

The last route that we've had which nearly fits that criteria was Brighton - London and would have probably been perfect if it was set in NSE/Early Connex days with less need to sit in the claustrophobic Class 377/387 cab to drive lots of Timetable services.

Other notable mentions that nearly scratch that itch but aren't quite there are Edinburgh to Glasgow (not a fan on the 385, not on every service), East Coastway (quite slow, didn't go to Hastings) and WCML South (a pretty soul-less route since the 1960's rebuild with an over-reliance on brutalist architecture).

Two things closely related but different enough both should be in it.

    1) If the current loco has another service that starts within (insert something reasonable here) minutes, let the player know and have it as another option rather then return to timetable or go free roam. Maybe a toggle in the options to auto accept so you don't go to the menu at all?

    2) An option to merge all these connected services together in the menu, so you can start at the ACTUAL start and end when you put the loco back in the siding without all this messing about.

And if I haven't already mentioned it on a previous page, a proper scenario editor that's for everyone... where we can create more paths, as what we get with each route is pitiful.

True, I wanted to create a scenario on Fife Circle, but the creation were too limited and buggy, even apart from the scenarios, it's the Creator Club as a whole that's been abandoned, both the features and the site itself.

One path at Edinburgh Waverley. They just didn't care when making the route!

Really? (I’ve not opened this route up yet to have a look). I thought EDN-GLA was bad enough with only 3 paths in each direction. But just 1 path has got to be the record.

I honestly think everybody just wants better performance, stability and improvements to older content.
I know DTG are all about Cash and how to charge you for things, but improving old content that came out on TSW2-4 is honestly the best way to want to get people to buy that content. it doesn’t always have to be about brand-new content!

    What I personally would like:
    • Reworked Passengers - The AI passengers in this game can sometimes act extremely strange! you can have stations that are supposed to be pretty busy at certain times of the day feel like they are dead, whilst also having passengers still on your train when you are supposed to be out of service going to the depot. This might not bother a lot of people, but it is something that really annoys me
    • Dispatch Mode - I remember we saw this on a scenario, and it was very refreshing to be able to do something different and it definitely had positive feedback! implementing this into the game so you could simply spawn into a train station and take over dispatching trains would be absolutely awesome!
    • Improve conductor mode - Again this was a core feature added to a previous TSW version, and the idea of it is great, but I feel like it needs improvement to certain Routes! I have found on high speed services where you simply drive from A to B, once you have departed you’re starting station it will tell you to wait till the next stop even though that is actually the last stop so you are unable to check any passenger tickets!!
    • UK Routes - Personally I only buy Modern day UK Routes, and I really like those routes where you can take a train from the depot at the start of the day, and once you finish a service you simply set up the cab at the other end and do the return part, then you can keep doing this throughout the entire day. I really like Routes like this!
I recently replaced my Gaming PC With a PS5 Pro, and generally not only have I been playing TSW6 more I was pleasantly surprised with the performance! and the bugs that are present I think are present on all platforms..

Following on from my previous post I would also like the ability to be able to fast forward time whilst at a train station!! this is extremely useful if you get off a service and you’re wandering around on foot but you might have 20 minutes before another service starts.
