This RFTV has gone from Every Friday to Every Monday to 'sometime in the middle of the week'. Why is this? Even if there isn't anything, it would be nice to be kept in the loop regardless. Especiallt with TrVL coming soon.
Probably because the numerous CM’s are very busy….maybe there’s a need for a couple more?…. Seriously though the lack of any meaningful interaction or information with the Community on the Forums is very poor and sums up their whole attitude towards both the franchise and the paying punters!
yes, the roadmap said we would have information about a release date for GP60M "very soon" and more than half the month has passed and nothing... it also said we would have information about a release date for trent valley "later this month" however, the page for trent valley already exists on steam since the 11th
I suspect that after the numerous last minute changes in release and stream dates in March, this time they're being a bit more careful before sending out any comms. Though still don't understand why they've added TVL to Steam so early
Stop referring to them as CMs, they are marketing managers. I can’t recall the last time we had a community stream like a 4up challenge or similar. Unless they are trying to flog us another shoddy DLC which should never have passed QA they aren’t interested in interacting with the community (certainly not on the forums in any case)
To be fair, there was a 4-up challenge on East Coastway after the remaster launched, which while not perfect I wouldn't describe as 'shoddy' (especially for a free update).
Hey folks - appreciate the thread, I'll be honest and mention the last few weeks of RFTV haven't been well coordinated, partly due to a range of personal leave from members of our team, ongoing conversations and changes within our teams, and needing a little more time to work with our external teams and confirm streams for the week! I'll make sure we provide an update today, and aim to get back to posting these more regularly. I will admit, after writing this, we have this Friday/Monday as company leave, so we'll aim to give another update on Tuesday when we come back and then full reset!
I mean if you think missing track work at Eastbourne doesn’t constitute a shoddy release then fair play to you, personally I’ll disagree and stand by my original statement
I find it all very vague… No time for a RailfanTV update, but apparently enough time to put a Steam store page online that nobody understands… I’m confused and finding it hard to explain…
I heard the CMs were doing a 4-Up challenge. It's on the Class 90. But it has taken them nearly a month to complete as none of them can get it to start
