PS5 [resolved] Help Me Change A Setting Back

so I accidentally changed the wrong setting somewhere. How do I change this view (see image) back to the normal one which shows a line with signal and speed changes ahead up to 2 miles?

I just can’t seem to change it back to normal

 

Trying to google it it says it’s related to track monitor on/off, but I have mine set to on
