I watched the show back in the 90s then stopped when I got older. Then I bought this game and now I'm watching the show again. This is the first simulator game I remember ever playing. And I have to say a train simulator fits Thomas perfectly. What I find amazing is this game makes these cartoon trains from my childhood, feel like actual real trains when you're in their driving cab. The only one I'm not familiar with is Emily. Since I don't remember watching any of the Thomas show from the 2000s.

You could be me mate! I was Thomas mad as a kid (born 89), so only had a connection to the first 3 series, didn't know Emily existed until I bought the game. Henry and Edward obviously essential add ons, don't know much about these new-fangled characters, but would like to see Duck, Boco, Donald and Douglas, Bill and Ben, Terence, Harold and Trevor.

Have enjoyed the game, but have now done everything, and as discussed on another thread, the game will need filling out pretty soon to keep the momentum up. I'm hopeful of plenty of fresh content.

I'm a series one original (September 1981), so I too am hoping for as much classic RWS and series 1-4 content as possible.

And I agree, it is rather like playing with "real life" toys!!
