Steam [resolved] 28th Of May Update Disappeared The Db Br 145 Expert

After installing the update, I opened the game, and I found that I just can't find the DB BR 145 anywhere anymore.
It does not appear in any of the menu's, both the overall train menu as well as on routes on which it should appear. Nor does it appear in the livery designer or when trying to spawn it in.

I have checked, and on steam it still says I have it properly installed. I have also tried verifying the integrity of the game files to make sure it wasn't a glitch or corrupted game files on my end. This did not work.

It's as if I don't have it installed when clearly I do.
