Steam 'failed To Load Plugin' Error When Launching Game

I keep getting this error when launching TSW6. The game launches, but crashes while loading with this error:

LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line: 4256]
Retry was NOT sucessful.

I went to the filepath in the screenshot and couldn't find the 'DLC' folder. Has anyone else had this issue or knows how to solve it?

Remove you're mods and check again

 

Thanks for the reply. Removed my mods and still getting this issue. I should mention this only started occuring after the May 30th update.

 

Verify your game files through Steam (may need to google on how to do that) and retry.

 

Done this previously, to no avail

 

Did you check the path that is mentioned in the error message? Maybe there is a file that give the problem and try to remove it. Better copy it to another location and restart again. You have a save and can restore it when it's getting more problems then before.

I went to the file path mentioned, but I only got as far as the plugin folder. After that, there was no DLC folder. I’ll check again tonight though.

 

Did you use the mod manager to install mods?
