Cheers David :). It is a very underrated route, it's just unfortunate that Simtrack's Class 104 never released for that route.

Hello all, I have just came across this on YouTube...

Thank you to YF Plays for the playthrough! It's really appreciated, and I hope you are excited for the next WCML South scenario (due for release in late February).

I'll see you later on this evening for the next release announcement, so until then, it's goodbye from me :).

Hello all, I'm here to announce my next scenario from the Creators Club Roadmap, Extra Regional on NEC: New York-Trenton :).

    Scenario Name: Extra Regional
    Route: NEC: New York-Trenton
    Train: Amtrak ACS-64
Route covered: New York Penn to Trenton (full route)
    Duration: 1hr 15-1hr 20mins
    Difficulty: 2
Scenario Storyline: A New Jersey Transit service has failed at Newark Penn whilst on it's booked journey to Trenton. Drive this Amtrak set empty to Newark to pick up the stranded passengers and continue the failed trains' stopping pattern to Trenton.

    Anyway, WIP shots await...

Here is our service awaiting departure from NY Penn. Seems very unusual for Amtrak to depart from the NJT platforms... :o

We cross this bridge on the approach to Newark. The passengers don't have long to wait now ;).

Ah... here's the culprit. Of course it had to be the pioneer (#4600)... Amtrak to the rescue I guess .

We leave Rahway and... cross onto the express tracks? We get a run on the express tracks until Metropark. Very peculiar pathing there... :o

Scenario Link: Creators Club - (TG08) Extra Regional (ACS-64)
Required Livery Link: Creators Club - ALP-46 Rainbow (Detailed) (Made By SR) by TrainFan

Anyway, I hope you are looking forward to this scenario releasing, I'm TrainGeek08 as always, enjoy the rest of your day and I'll see you next time for another CC release announcement, until then, it's goodbye :).

After watching the above video, I found another playthrough... this time of this scenario:

Wow! Two for the price of one eh? Thank you once again to YF Plays for the playthrough of 5F97! I'm very privileged to have been featured in not one... but two videos of theirs .

Anyway, I'll see you for the next release announcement, which I recommend that you tune in for, because the time and effort I put into the next release will blow your minds! With that thought set in your minds, it's goodbye from me ;).

Hello all, here is my next livery pack from the Creators Club Roadmap, the CrossCountry Farewell HST Pack on the HST from Great Western Express :).

    What does the pack entail?
This pack contains 3 CrossCountry HST sets with different liveries on each side of each power car. This pack includes; 43007 (43207) in IC125 Yellow/Blue, 43008 (43208) in IC Swallow and 43184 (43384) 'Laira Diesel Depot' in IC Executive liveries.

Here is the individual durations of each PC + coaches:
    43007: 30 minutes
    43008: 1 hour and 5 minutes
    43184: 1 hour
    Coaches: 1 hour
Pre-existing (cant lines, handrails etc. - copied from the GC HST): 30 minutes

Here is the durations of each set (added up from the individual timings):
    43007 + 43184: 3 hours
    43184 + 43008: 3 hours and 35 minutes
    43007 + 43008: 3 hours and 5 minutes

So, the overall duration of this entire project was: 9 hours and 40 minutes

That is the longest I have ever spent in the Livery Designer doing liveries in one go!

I've hyped this up enough, so without further ado, let's get to the announcement:

    Livery Name: CrossCountry Farewell 1 (43007 + 43184)
    Route: Great Western Express
    Train: High Speed Train GWG
    Route covered: N/A
Duration (to make the livery): 3 hours
    Difficulty: N/A
    Scenario Storyline: N/A

    WIP shots await...

Here is 43007 in its InterCity 125 Yellow/Blue livery. This looks stunning, it must be said. It is the easiest power car to do, but detail is still key on easy liveries like this :).

Here's 43184 in its InterCity Executive livery, complete with Laira Diesel Depot nameplates! This livery also looks the part. The colour palette is absolutely spot on!

Here's a look at the front as well. It might look weird from the front, as it is a 50/50 split between the liveries, but what's on the sides will help take the attention off of the front ;).

Here it is on the Riviera Line at the Dawlish Sea Wall, on an XC service from Leeds to Plymouth in its last few weeks in revenue-earning service :(:

    Livery Link:
Creators Club - (TG08) CrossCountry Farewell 1 (HST)

    Livery Name: CrossCountry Farewell 2 (43184 + 43008)
    Route: Great Western Express
    Train: High Speed Train GWG
    Route covered: N/A
Duration (to make the livery): 3 hours and 35 minutes
    Difficulty: N/A
    Scenario Storyline: N/A

    WIP shots await...

Here is 43184 again, but this time on the other side. Any appropriate changes have been made when it was copied over from the right hand side to the left :).

Here's 43008 though in its InterCity Swallow livery. Looks good, right? Gotta love some old-fashioned IC Swallow .

Here's a look at the front as well. Compared to set 1, this isn't too bad, as 184 and 008 have the same design at the front. Only difference is the red line from the Swallow livery of 008 ;).

Here it is on the Cross-City Line on a diverted XC service from Edinburgh to Plymouth (due to the line via Tamworth being closed):

    Livery Link:
Creators Club - (TG08) CrossCountry Farewell 2 (HST)

    Livery Name: CrossCountry Farewell 3 (43007 + 43008)
    Route: Great Western Express
    Train: High Speed Train GWG
    Route covered: N/A
Duration (to make the livery): 3 hours and 5 minutes
    Difficulty: N/A
    Scenario Storyline: N/A

    WIP shots await...

Here is 43008 again, this time paired with the power car numerically before it, 43007.

Here is 43007 again, looking grand as ever, regardless of what side it is on . You can tell I have put a lot of time and effort into this, can't you?

Here's a look at the front as well. Very different on the 50/50 split again. Still looks good though .

Here is some screenshots of them lining up at the Training Center:

I hope you are excited for this one to release, I've been TG08 as ever, and I'll see you for the next CC release announcement. So until then, it's goodbye from me :). Let's finish off with one last group photo eh?

Hello all, I'm here to announce my next scenario from the Creators Club Roadmap, 1S45 PLY-ABD on the Fife Circle Line :).

    Scenario Name: 1S45 PLY-ABD
    Route: Fife Circle Line
    Train: Class 220 XC
    Route covered: Haymarket to Markinch
    Duration: 40mins
    Difficulty: 2
Scenario Storyline: Drive the once-a-day CrossCountry service from Plymouth to Aberdeen between Haymarket and Markinch, where a colleague will relieve you. There is a yellow weather warning for heavy rain in north-east Scotland today, so be careful out there.

    Anyway, WIP shots await...

Here is our service awaiting departure from Haymarket on a terrible day. The 158s alongside us are departing for Edinburgh Waverley.

We come off the Forth Bridge and pass through North Queensferry as we prepare to stop for our first intermediate station, Inverkeithing :).

Now on the 'outer' Fife Circle Line (via Kirkcaldy). We cross here with a pair of 158s on a service from Dundee to Edinburgh Waverley .

This Turbostar cannot leave me alone; whether it is in real-life or in TSW. Just go away 170407, for once! :|:D

    Scenario Link: Creators Club - (TG08) 1S45 PLY-ABD (220)

Anyway, I hope you are looking forward to this scenario releasing, I'm TrainGeek08 as always, enjoy the rest of your day and I'll see you next time for another CC release announcement, until then, it's goodbye :).

There may be some adverse signals today due to the increase in traffic on the Styal Line.

    Anyway, WIP shots await...

Here is our service awaiting departure from Wilmslow on our diverted service to Manchester. Looking splendid in that silk livery .

Pendolino and a plane on the Airport bypass line there. Very creative from our photographer :).

We pass a TfW service bound for Carmarthen as another plane sneaks into a second shot as it approaches Manchester Airport...

Probably my favourite shot of the lot! Here is our silky Pendolino passing a freight service from Trafford Park to London Gateway here at Slade Lane Junction .

Hello all, I'm here to announce my next scenario from my Creators Club Roadmap, 6X77 Mossend on West Coast Main Line South :).

    THE FORMATION(S):

    Formation Name:
    66 + Cars 2
Route: Southeastern High Speed/(whichever German route the car wagons came from)
    Train: Class 66 EWS

    Formation Link: Creators Club - (TG08) 66 + Cars 2 (WCMLs)
    Required Livery Link: Creators Club - (TG08) GBRf '66783' (66) by TrainGeek08

    Formation Name:
    66 + FCA Short 2
Route: Cargo Line V3 - Intermodal
    Train: Class 66 DBC

    Formation Link: Creators Club - (TG08) 66 + FCA Short 2 (WCMLs)

    THE SCENARIO:

    Scenario Name: 6X77 Mossend
Route: West Coast Main Line South
    Train: Class 66 EWS
Route covered: Wembley Yard to Bletchley
    Duration: 50mins
    Difficulty: 2
Scenario Storyline: Drive 6-X-Ray-77 from Wembley Yard to Bletchley, where you will be halted... There is a signal failure in the Milton Keynes area causing backlogs of trains heading north and south so you can only proceed to Bletchley until the signal failure has ended. You will need to pick up your relieving driver at Wembley Central so sit there for around 30 seconds for them to 'climb onboard'. Maximum speed today is 60mph!

    Anyway, WIP shots await...

Here is our service at Wembley Yard awaiting departure on the car train from the Ford plant at Dagenham up to Mossend (near Glasgow) for transportation to Ford dealerships in Scotland :).

Our maximum speed is 60mph, so this will happen a couple of times on your journey today... :o

It took me a solid few minutes to find the correct angle for this shot, but this shall suffice. We are overtaken by an Avanti Pendolino as an LNWR 350 departs Apsley bound for London Euston .

You also run on the fast line between Tring and Bletchley due to track works on the Down Slow. It's a pity that you slip in front of a Liverpool service though... that driver would be fuming . Anyway, you get glimpses of a sunset between Cheddington and Bletchley. Here we are at Linslade with the sunset sky giving us a lovely backdrop!

    Duration: 20-25mins
    Difficulty: 1
Scenario Storyline: Take over 3-Tango-83 at East Croydon and take it to Three Bridges, where a shunter driver will take this unit into the depot for you. This set has came from Cricklewood South Sidings and has reported no faults with it. Traction is a 12-car Class 700 'Desiro City', instead of your usual 8-car offering.

    Anyway, WIP shots await...

Here is our service at East Croydon, ready to continue its ECS move up to Three Bridges Up TL Depot :).

We are passing Purley, as a double pair of 5-car 377s wait (having coupled up) to work a 'metro' service to London (from Caterham and Tattenham Corner respectively).

Nice crossover of two 700s here. Ignore the fact it says it is heading to London Victoria... trust me, it is heading to Bedford ;).

Here's my favourite shot! Talk about perfect timing huh? We pass Gatwick Airport Sidings as a plane comes into Gatwick to land . Looks fantastic, right? :)

Hello all, I'm back so soon eh?

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to every single one of you who have subscribed to the CrossCountry Farewell HST Pack liveries. I am so proud of the fact that the time and effort I put into making these liveries for you all has paid off (like I hoped). It was a pleasure to bring you this pack, and I hope this encourages me to consider creating more livery packs in the future :).

Farewell 1 and Farewell 2 have done really, really well (To the point where Farewell 2 is closing in on the same subscriber count as the original inspiration for this pack; the GC HST)! Although Farewell 3 is lacking in contrast to the other two, I feel that the major success of the other two outweigh (and overshadow) Farewell 3's lower sub count :).

All I can say is thank you ! And I cannot say it enough!

    TG08 :).

Hello all, I'm here to announce my next livery from my Creators Club Roadmap, Connex Southeastern on the Class 465 from Southeastern High Speed :).

    Livery Name: Connex Southeastern
    Route: Southeastern High Speed
    Train: Class 465/9 SEW
    Route covered: N/A
Duration (to make the livery): 45mins
    Difficulty: N/A
    Scenario Storyline: N/A

    WIP shots await...

Here it is, the Connex Southeastern livery on the Class 465 as per the late 1990s/early 2000s .

Here's a side view of the livery. Coach numbers are evident. I did have a go at the branding, but it wasn't working out as expected. So, I went with an unbranded variant :).

Here's a look at the rear as well. The fade was very tricky to do (to the point where you don't necessarily see it), but I gave it my all regardless ;).

Here is our unit at Gillingham Depot ready to work a transfer move to Slade Green Depot in London:

    Route: Tees Valley Line
    Train: Class 801/1 LNER
    Route covered: Darlington to Middlesbrough
    Duration: 25mins
    Difficulty: 1
Scenario Storyline: Drive a diverted 3-Yankee-81 from Darlington to Middlesbrough ready to form the daily service to King's Cross. This service would've normally run on the Durham Coast Line, which was closed for engineering work during the night, so this ECS had to be diverted via the ECML/TVL instead...

    Anyway, WIP shots await...

Here is our service at Darlington, ready to continue its ECS move up to Middlesbrough :).

Not ideal weather today though... :( Here we are at Allens West crossing with a Saltburn to Newcastle service (via Darlington and the ECML). A very rare service indeed :o.

Not too far away from Thornaby now... back onto our 'normal' route at last ;).

Tees Yard in the fog and rain? Very desolate today... Luckily you have us and a Middlesbrough to Carlisle service to make the avoiding lines look busy :D.

Hello all, I'm here to announce my next scenario from my Creators Club Roadmap, Metrolink Replacement on San Bernardino Line :).

    THE FORMATION(S):

    Formation Name:
    SD40 + Coach + Cab (SBL)
    Route: Cajon Pass/San Bernardino Line
    Train: BNSF SD40-2

    Formation Link: Creators Club - (TG08) SD40 + Coach + Cab (SBL)

    THE SCENARIO:

    Scenario Name: Metrolink Replacement
    Route: San Bernardino Line
    Train: BNSF SD40-2
Route covered: Fontana to San Bernardino Downtown
    Duration: 20-25mins
    Difficulty: 1
Scenario Storyline: Drive a SD40-2 led service from Fontana to San Bernardino Downtown on this mid-afternoon service. The SD40-2 is covering for an F125 which suffered with overheating problems in the desert heat earlier today. No delays are expected, so enjoy running a familiar but different diagram!

    Anyway, WIP shots await...

Here is our service at Fontana Metrolink station, ready to head to San Bernardino. Looking fine elsewhere, but not the front... What's that doing on my train? This isn't freight :D.

Made it to Rialto! A very nice feature we see in front of us as we are pictured leaving in the background .

Up high before we arrive into San Bernardino station. No, we aren't going over the Cajon Pass yet... can you wait a month please? ;)

Just got to do the short hop over to Downtown now... where it will sit for 10 minutes before heading back to Los Angeles :).

Route: West Coast Main Line: Preston-Carlisle
    Train: High Speed Train EMT
    Route covered: Lancaster to Carlisle
    Duration: 1 hour
    Difficulty: 1
Scenario Storyline: Drive the first leg of 1-Zulu-43, the 'West Highland Pullman' from Lancaster to Carlisle, where another driver will take over for the run to the West Highland fishing town of Oban. Enjoy the early morning run up Shap!

    Anyway, WIP shots await...

Here is our service at Lancaster ready to work the West Highland Pullman to Oban, in a time before LSL made their West Highland 'short set' :).

    Looks nice right?

Racing along the WCML now. Got stops at Oxenholme, Penrith and Carlisle this morning :).

The viaduct everyone hated in early 2026. Disruption to the M6? Nah, we are set forty years earlier than that chaos in Jan 2026... :D

    Scenario Link: Creators Club - (TG08-MPSP) 1Z43 L'caster-OBN (HST)

    Scenario Name: 1Z84 INV-SLO
    Route: Great Western Express
    Train: High Speed Train EMT
    Route covered: Reading to Slough
    Duration: 20mins
    Difficulty: 1
Scenario Storyline: Drive 1-Zulu-84, the last leg of the 'Lord of the Isles Pullman' from Reading to Slough, taking travellers home from a weekend in the Scottish Highlands. Your only job tonight is to get them back to Slough safely. Good luck!

    Anyway, WIP shots await...

Here is our service at Reading, with a 345 watching our every move... :o

Just like old times! HST and IET crossover here just outside of Reading :).

Got a bit of Electrostar action in there too! ;)

Now this shot at Burnham looks absolutely stunning! Looks real in some sense. The remaster has really helped with this scenario regarding lighting!

    Scenario Link: Creators Club - (TG08-MPSP) 1Z84 INV-SLO (HST)

    Scenario Name: 1Z70 PLY-CAR
    Route: WCML: Birmingham-Crewe
    Train: High Speed Train EMT
Route covered: Birmingham New Street to Crewe (full route)
    Duration: 55mins
    Difficulty: 2
Scenario Storyline: Drive 1-Zulu-70, the 'Settle and Carlisle Pullman', from Birmingham New Street to Crewe on a cloudy June day. You will wait for a TfW service to depart ahead of you, but after Wolverhampton, you shouldn't have any disruption to your journey up to Crewe.

    Anyway, WIP shots await...

Here is our service at Birmingham New Street ready for departure (having came via the Cross-City Line from Plymouth) to head north towards the Lake District :).

We are approaching Wolverhampton, just as CrossCountry pass with a pair of 'Vomiters'. Superior traction on the right!

Gotta say hello to Penkridge as we pass through ;).

In the 'Tornado922' mood at Stafford. Unfortunately he wouldn't be there as the tour is in June (and he does Stafford in January) but it is the position he normally situates himself in .

    Scenario Link: Creators Club - (TG08-MPSP) 1Z70 PLY-CAR (HST)

More scenario previews coming up next...

    Route: Riviera Line
    Train: High Speed Train EMT
Route covered: Exeter St Davids to Plymouth (full route)
    Duration: 1 hour
    Difficulty: 1
Scenario Storyline: Drive 1-Zulu-12, the 'Cornish Coastal Pullman' from Exeter St Davids to Plymouth, where another driver will continue the run into Cornwall and (ultimately) Penzance. There is industrial action today affecting GWR/XC, so you are the only train due on the Riviera Line today...

    Anyway, WIP shots await...

Here is our service at Exeter St Davids, ready to continue the 'Cornish Coastal Pullman' to Penzance (as far as Plymouth). Looks very bare in here today... very strange. :o

Nice angles as we pass through Newton Abbot!

The South Devon Railway want to get in on the photography act too it seems... ;)

So many viaducts on this route... can create some awesome screenshots (like this one) on those :).

    Scenario Link: Creators Club - (TG08-MPSP) 1Z12 ESL-PNZ (HST)

    Scenario Name: 1Z48 EDB-WFJ
    Route: WCML South
    Train: High Speed Train EMT
Route covered: Milton Keynes Central to Watford Junction
    Duration: 40mins
    Difficulty: 2
Scenario Storyline: Drive the last leg of 1-Zulu-48, the 'Edinburgh Christmas Pullman' from Milton Keynes Central to Watford Junction. Adverse signals may occur near Leighton Buzzard, but you shouldn't encounter any more after that! Enjoy seeing the busy traffic coming out of London tonight!

    Anyway, WIP shots await...

Here is our service having left Milton Keynes Central heading south. Can you tell Avanti West Coast to stop flexing with their Pendolinos please? It is quite intimidating... ;)

Finally, something that isn't a Pendolino at Leighton Buzzard :).

Avanti... stop it... :D:D:D. Hemel Hempstead is more important than your Pendolino :o.

Watford Junction at last eh? Just got to head to Wembley to reverse and head back north to Crewe. I'll let another driver do that job... I'm too traumatized by those Pendolinos :D.

    Scenario Link: Creators Club - (TG08-MPSP) 1Z48 EDB-WFJ (HST)

    Scenario Name: 1Z43 SVG-WTB
    Route: East Coast Main Line
    Train: High Speed Train EMT
    Route covered: Peterborough to Retford
    Duration: 50-55mins
    Difficulty: 1
Scenario Storyline: Drive 1-Zulu-43, the 'Whitby Jet' from Peterborough to Retford, where another driver will take over to take the tour towards the North Yorkshire Moors. No delays are expected, but you have to wait for an Edinburgh-bound Azuma to leave Peterborough ahead of you.

    Anyway, WIP shots await...

Here is our service at Peterborough. What happened to the whole 'respect your elders' thing anyway?

    "I acknowledge you Mallard!" ;)

"Does this 158 really think that by leaving first, that it would beat me to Allington Junction. No chance at all!" :D

Just two workhorses of the ECML passing each other in the Lincolnshire fields... nothing to see here... :)

Hello all, I'm here to announce my next scenario from the Creators Club Roadmap, IC2042 Koln on Rhein-Ruhr Osten :).

    Scenario Name: IC2042 Koln

Here is our service awaiting departure from Hagen as an S-Bahn unit sits awaiting its own departure. What's that sneaking in back there?

Ahhhhhh... it's a DB BR 185 hauling a car train, but because we are an IC, we have priority over it .

We share the 'Main Line' with freight services. Here we pass an oil train on the approach to Schwelm.

Now we are at Wuppertal and we are at the end of our journey, and our train too ;).

Good afternoon all. I have some good and bad news to share with you.

The bad news... the Old MBTA liveries I had planned for release on the 6th of April... well I found out that the BTC-3 and CTC-3 have wore only the livery that comes as standard with Boston Sprinter. So, it means that the planned liveries are cancelled. I apologise for the inconvenience caused, but I do have a Plan B...

Onto the good news (or the Plan B)... in order to keep Coswig Divert Remastered as my 400th mod, I have decided to replace the Boston Sprinter liveries with two scenarios in the Class 805 'Evero' on Blackpool Branches that were due to release later in the year.

New April schedule is as follows:

    LIVERIES:

Linke Rheinstrecke: RailAdventure (BR 103) - Friday 17th April 2026
LGV Mediterranee: Eurostar (TGV) - Thursday 23rd April 2026

    SCENARIOS:
    Rhein-Ruhr Osten: IC2042 Koln (Exp. BR 101) - Wednesday 1st April 2026
    Blackpool Branches: 1P92 EUS-BPN + 1A92 BPN-EUS (805) - Monday 6th April 2026
Cajon Pass: Stormy Modal (ES44C4) - Sunday 12th April 2026

I apologise for the inconvenience regarding the MBTA liveries, but I hope that these scenarios to/from the seaside will make it up to you all. I'll see you later tonight for the announcement of said scenarios. I'm TG08 as ever, and I'll see you then. Until tonight, it's goodbye from me :).

Hello all, as referenced above, I'm here to announce my next two scenarios from the Creators Club Roadmap, 1P92 EUS-BPN and 1A92 BPN-EUS, both on Blackpool Branches :).

    Scenario Name: 1P92 EUS-BPN
    Route: Blackpool Branches
    Train: Class 805 'Evero' AWC

Scenario Storyline: Take over 1-Papa-92 here at Preston for the run to the Fylde Coast resort town of Blackpool. You have to sit for five minutes as the previous driver arrived a few minutes early from Euston. Remember to change to Diesel Mode before departure!

    Anyway, WIP shots await...

Here is our 'Evero' awaiting departure from Preston on a run to Blackpool North, prior to the power changeover ;).

A bit of construction work going on for a new road on the outskirts of Preston... :o

We use the avoiding lines at Kirkham and Wesham and we pass some industry as we make our way towards the coast.

We aren't even in Blackpool yet and what is that in the distance? :D

    Scenario Link: Creators Club - (TG08) 1P92 EUS-BPN (805)

    Difficulty: 1
Scenario Storyline: Having dropped off/picked up some holidaymakers at the seaside, drive 1-Alpha-92 back to Preston where you will be relieved, before this train continues towards London. Again, remember to change to Diesel Mode before departure!

    Anyway, WIP shots await...

Here is our service departing Blackpool North under the auspices of some Hyper Networkers and (more notably) the Tower...

Passing a York-Blackpool service just outside of Poulton. These 158s are covering for an unavailable 195 'Civity' today :).

Gotta like a bit of long-range photography from time-to-time. Looks nice with the town of Kirkham in the background .

Oh hello! Is that a Euston-Stirling Lumo service I see before my eyes? It sure is! A sign of the future on the WCML... :o

Hello everyone! Something a little bit different from me tonight.

I was watching this video on YouTube the other day and noticed that the creator used my NSE 313 livery! Thank you to Powerflower Trains and Planes for using my livery and here's the video for you all to enjoy seeing my livery on numerous occasions on Watford DC work :).

See you next time for another CC release announcement!

    Route covered: N/A
Duration (to make the livery): 45mins

Here it is, the RailAdventure livery on the DB BR 103. Looks good, right?

Here's a side view of the livery. Full branding is seen on this livery, as is most of the technical information that I normally add to these locomotives :).

Here's a look at the rear as well. This livery is fairly easy to do, even the technical information is the exact same on each side (other than placement).

Here is our loco at Aachen Hbf on a special railtour working bound for Koln Hbf:

Hello all, I'm here to announce my next livery from my Creators Club Roadmap, Eurostar on the TGV from LGV Mediterranee :).

    Livery Name: Eurostar
    Route: LGV Mediterranee
    Train: TGV Duplex 200 CM
    Route covered: N/A
Duration (to make the livery): 50mins
    Difficulty: N/A
    Scenario Storyline: N/A

*Before we get into the WIP shots, I made this livery whilst I was feeling really ill, so I apologise if it isn't up to the usual quality you expect from me :(*

    WIP shots await...

Here it is, the Eurostar on the TGV. This is meant to be a Class 373, which is a part of the TGV family :).

Here's a side view of the livery. This part of the livery looks really good. Just unfortunate that the power cars aren't fully up to scratch :o.

Here's a look at the rear as well. I am not happy with the power cars to be honest. It is one of those times again where I'm not happy with the livery. It's annoying because I was looking forward to making this livery too (the reason why is detailed below) :(.

Here is our unit going over the Medway Viaduct on a run to Paris (quite aptly, I'm going this exact journey next week for my holiday):

Now with all of the April content announced, I will be taking a few weeks off whilst other commitments away from TSW take priority and my aforementioned holiday. I'll be back next weekend (following my Paris holiday) with my screenshot 'dump' and CC Roadmap, but other than that, you won't see this thread active until later this month.

I hope you are all looking forward to this livery releasing, I've been TG08 as ever, enjoy the rest of your day. I'll see you later this month, so until then, it's goodbye from me :).

Good evening all. I know I said this thread wasn't going to be active until later this month, but I have stumbled across some more videos from JPS (remember him from the Oakville 'A Day In the Life' days?) playing through some of my scenarios again! :o:o:o

    Video Link:

I am so lost for words right now. I have had so many creators this past half year or so feature my scenarios/liveries on their channels. Is this year my year? :o

    Thanks all for the support,
    TG08 .

Here's a side view of the livery. Full branding is seen on this livery. Even the RR logo is correct too, I made sure to do it properly .

Here's a look at the rear as well. This livery is fairly easy to do. I'm very impressed with the outcome of this masterpiece!

    Route: Northern Trans-Pennine

Here it is, 40106 'Atlantic Conveyor' in BR Green livery, complete with nameplates and the BR logo (without crest).

Here's a side view of the livery. The weathering on this livery is top-notch, and works well with the BR Green :).

Here's a look at the rear as well. This livery looks so much better now. (For context, this livery has been sitting since 2022 in a poor, unreleased state and look at it now!)

Here is 40106 paired with fellow C40PS loco 40145 at Longsight working an ECS (to Piccadilly) for the return leg of a tour that originated in Ipswich this morning:

Hello all, I'm here to announce my next scenario (and 400th mod!) from the Creators Club Roadmap, Coswig Divert Remastered on Bahnstrecke Leipzig-Dresden :).

Before we get into this announcement, I have some background to why this scenario was made:

I made a scenario a few years ago called 'Coswig Divert' on Nahverkehr Dresden in a DB BR 101 doing an IC service from Dresden-Neustadt to Riesa whilst diverting via Coswig as the high speed lines are closed for engineering work (announcement HERE). Since then, we have had better versions of rolling stock and new pieces of German rolling stock enter the franchise, so I decided to do a 'remastered' version with updated stock since the original.

With that, onto the announcement we go!

    Scenario Name: Coswig Divert Remastered
    Route: Bahnstrecke Leipzig-Dresden
    Train: Expert DB BR 101
Route covered: Dresden-Neustadt to Riesa (via Coswig)
    Duration: 1 hour
    Difficulty: 3
Scenario Storyline: The fast lines between Coswig and Nunchritz are closed due to engineering work, meaning all the freight, IC & ICE services that would traverse that route have to go via Priestewitz and Coswig (in addition to the S-Bahn and Regional services that already traverse that route regularly), which'll make for a busy run...

    Anyway, WIP shots await...

Here is our service awaiting departure from Dresden-Neustadt as is the ICE service that you arrived on as a passenger :o.

Disruption is likely, as seen here at Coswig. Because you were routed via the fast lines instead of crossing over to the S-Bahn lines at Radebeul-Ost (like in the original), you have to sit for five minutes for the regional service to leave Coswig ;). (And by doing so, holding up this poor BR 143 as the rear of your train straddles the points...)

Cab-car meet up at Priestewitz today :).

We pass a Vectron at Nunchritz Chemical Plant Sidings but you'll notice that the driver is driving it from the wrong cab :D. Poor guy...

Scenario Link: Creators Club - (TG08) Coswig Divert Remastered (Exp. BR 101)

I hope you are all looking forward to my 400th mod releasing, I've been TG08 as ever, enjoy the rest of your day and I'll see you for the next CC release announcement. Until then, it's goodbye from me :).

I wonder how long it'll take me to get to 500 mods uploaded on CC...

*Year In Review (so far) - January to April 2026:

Hello all, TrainGeek08 here, and today I'm going to review how well I think my creations have done throughout the first four months of 2026. This is going to be a long one, and this post is a true representation of how I feel the mods I have released so far have done.

*I completely forgot to do this at the end of March, as this year has been a busy year for me (both in TSW and in my personal life) so I'm doing it for Jan-Apr instead of Jan-Mar.*

WARNING: I may sound harsh/critical at times, either to myself or to subscribers of my content. If this is the case, this is not against any of you individually, but instead as a general consensus. Think about it as me being harsh to myself for thinking you all would like particular scenarios or liveries. It is not designed to blame the subscribers of my content but myself as the creator. Thank you. (In other words, it's just me being open with you all for once ;).)

NOTE: All subscriber counts are as of the creation of this thread, so they may have changed if you view this post in the future.
SECOND NOTE: Formations are not being included in the list (for obvious reasons).

    LIVERIES:

    JANUARY:

    Strathclyde 3-Car - 33 subscribers
    Unbranded DRS - 11 subscribers
DRS '37401' - 19 subscribers (included in MAC: 2018 SP)
DRS '37407' - 26 subscribers (included in MAC: 2018 SP)

    FEBRUARY:
CrossCountry Farewell 1 (43007/43184) - 99 subscribers (included in XC Farewell HST Pack)
CrossCountry Farewell 2 (43008/43184) - 137 subscribers (included in XC Farewell HST Pack)
CrossCountry Farewell 3 (43007/43008) - 52 subscribers (included in XC Farewell HST Pack)

    MARCH:
    Connex Southeastern - 32 subscribers

    APRIL:
    RailAdventure - 32 subscribers
    Eurostar - 14 subscribers

    TrainGeek08:
From what we see here, it has been a mixed bag in how my liveries have been received so far in 2026...

Let's start in January. Compared to the mega start we had to 2025, to say this is a poor showing is a massive understatement. I've explained why the Unbranded DRS 66 livery didn't do well (by the way, thanks Rivet ) but at least my Strathclyde 3-Car and my 'MAC Pack' special 37s have reasonable sub counts. The 37s are a bit lower because it depends on how many people subscribe to the scenario within the 'MAC Pack' they are contained in. Hopefully February will be kinder to me...

February though is where the momentum really picks up. In a month of scenarios (hence why I dubbed it 'ScenarioThon 2026' in my Roadmap), I made the CrossCountry Farewell HST Pack to at least add some liveries in. And my god have they done well! Sets 1 and 2 have done really well, and although Set 3 has nearly three times less subs than Set 2, on the whole I am super impressed with how the community have received this pack. It has pushed me to consider doing more livery packs in the future (should the schedule allow).

After the highs of the XC Farewell HST Pack, I thought March's livery would do well. It didn't go as planned. I know that February and March were scenario-dominated but still... I admit that the fade on the Connex SE 465 isn't perfect, but everything else is. I think this livery should have some more subs i.e. 40-45 at least. That is a value I'd deem acceptable two months following release. Can I keep the steady momentum into April?

April... Oh dear... I'll discuss the RailAdventure 103 because I am not only annoyed, but embarrassed about the state of the Eurostar TGV, which I made when I was ill. I was gutted because I went on the Eurostar a week and a half after making the livery, hence why I made it in TSW. Anyway, the RA 103 stumps me. I put my usual details in and it doesn't do well. I was hyping this up and saying it'll do as good as my Traffic Red 103 but what happened there? Please tell me May does better...

    TrainGeek08:
Now we are talking. Onto my strong suit. Surely it means these will do better... right?

January then. Do we start off the year like last year? Once again not really. It's a mixed bag (even with a scenario pack releasing in late January). The non-scenario pack releases have done alright (except Hyperorange for some odd reason) but the SP seems to have not done well. I do have a theory why this is though, and this might affect other routes too. It is because MAC is a Gen 9/PC only route so the portion of my 'fanbase' (if you can call it that) that play on Gen 8 don't get that luxury of MAC compared to say WCML South for example. Surely it can only be up from here... right?

Onto February now... We have a 'mountain' style correlation here. Two poorer scenarios to start the month followed by an absolute banger in the middle followed by two poorer ones at the end of the month. I don't know why this has happened, especially with February being my de facto 'ScenarioThon 2026'. I think the Voyager scenario has done better because of some clever exploitation on my end utilising the Voyager on a route that it isn't included in the standard timetable mode (without mods). I know why 6X77 Mossend has done poor as well despite being on a popular route within my fanbase (WCML South). It is because it is a freight scenario and it is slow-moving. Hence why the scenario was a testbed (I forgot to mention that bit initially in mid-late February) to see if freight scenarios perform as well as my passenger ones on that route. I'm hoping for some improvements in March now...

Did those improvements come though? Not at all. Seems we are going backwards :(. What happened there guys? Are ECS moves not your thing ;)? Then onto the Midland Pullman SP... again I'm seeing this 'mountain' correlation pattern... poor scenarios to start, decent scenarios in the middle, then poor scenarios to finish. I hope you all realise I used real WTTs for each scenario and that creating such scenarios takes lots of time and effort to accomplish. And another thing... why is a scenario without AI traffic on Riviera the best scenario out of the lot? Surely it isn't only the scenery/views that's doing it, right? It just stumps me, that's all :o.

April was a bit better than March anyway. The surprise addition of the Blackpool Branches 'Evero' scenarios seems to have helped the subscriber counts improve over March's averages. I'm very impressed with how this went and I hope that into the summer months we keep doing better with the scenario side (and the livery side, but the scenario side more so because of the upcoming scenario packs in the summer).

Anyway, thanks all for reading this rather different post today (albeit a very delayed one, apologies for that). I really appreciate it :).

    TG08.

Hello all, I'm here to announce my next livery from my Creators Club Roadmap, Ex-GWR Southern on the Class 387 from London Commuter :).

I do want to add that from now on (where applicable) I will be using Rob Wood's Colour Cards to make my liveries, as these are really helpful when making (mainly UK - but some international) liveries!

    Livery Name: Ex-GWR Southern
    Route: London Commuter
    Train: Class 387/2 GX
    Route covered: N/A
Duration (to make the livery): 30 minutes
    Difficulty: N/A
    Scenario Storyline: N/A

    WIP shots await...

Here it is, 387173 in ex-GWR livery with Southern logos following a transfer from GWR to GTR (where it initially went to Southern, before moving to Great Northern due to stock shortages, before returning to Southern following the introduction of the 379s on GN) :).

Here's a side view of the livery. The Southern logo does look weird on GWR green... looks like it shouldn't be there ;).

Here's a look at the rear as well. A pretty easy livery to do, judging it took me 30 minutes to make :o.

Here is 387173 parked up at Selhurst Depot having received Southern legals awaiting its re-entry into service after its spell for Great Northern:

    Route: Great Western Express
    Train: Class 387/2 GX
Route covered: London Paddington to Reading (full route)
    Duration: 35-40mins
    Difficulty: 2
Scenario Storyline: Drive 3-Romeo-45, the 11:35 Heathrow Express ECS service to Reading Traincare Depot after doing Heathrow runs during the morning rush. You may get held up by an Elizabeth Line service as you get closer to Reading so do keep an eye on the signals just in case.

    Anyway, WIP shots await...

Here is a panoramic view of London Paddington as we wait for our departure time of 11:35 (scenario starts at 11:30) ;).

We pass an IET working an ECS move of its own from North Pole IEP Depot into Paddington to form a service towards the Cotswolds.

Hello all, I'm here to announce my next scenario from my Creators Club Roadmap, Double Jet on Schnellfahrstrecke Kassel-Wurzburg :).

*First of all... a caveat for you. I said that this was going to be led by a BR 1116/BR 193 combo, but because my (subscribed) Railjet liveries for the Vectron/Taurus I had have either been taken down on CC, or the creator(s) doesn't have a DTL account any longer. So, I have had to settle for a double Taurus-led consist instead.*

    THE FORMATION(S):

    Formation Name:
    BR 1116 x2 + Coaches (SKW)
    Route: Semmeringbahn
    Train: OBB BR 1116

    Formation Link:

Required Livery 2 Link: Creators Club - Bmz R.A.I.L.J.E.T [NTX] by NeTroX

    THE SCENARIO:

    Scenario Name: Double Jet
    Route: Schnellfahrstrecke Kassel-Wurzburg
    Train: OBB BR 1116
Route covered: Kassel-Wilhelmshohe to Wurzburg Hbf (full route)
    Duration: 1 hour
    Difficulty: 2
Scenario Storyline: Drive this Railjet service from Kassel-Wilhelmshohe to Wurzburg Hbf on this quiet winters evening. It is snowing, so watch for any wheelslip under foot and enjoy the Schnellfahrstrecke without having to worry about any ICE services.

    Anyway, WIP shots await...

Here is our double pair of Taurus' at Kassel-Wilhelmshohe ready for the fast paced run down the Schnellfahrstrecke tonight :).

Passenger services get priority, even at this time of night ;).

Taurus crossover at Fulda, albeit from different operators and for different uses .

Trust me... we have just passed Burgsinn Yard, but you cannot make it out. Any tips to improve night photography? :o

Hello all, happy Pride Month! This evening I have a treat in store for you. Not only do we have a livery announcement, but we have three scenarios to announce, and a dedicated Development Insight for you all to stick your teeth into.

Welcome to the Progress Mini Pack! This mini scenario pack includes three scenarios dedicated to running 390119 'Progress'/'The Manchester Warrior' following an exterior repaint to better reflect the intersex-inclusive Pride flag and the unit's subsequent renaming.

Before we get into the announcement, I have a couple of things to discuss regarding the pack:

Why did you make the pack?
    - I made this pack because I have been pondering on the idea of revamping 390119's livery for a while, and thought that I should make it
into a scenario pack whilst I'm at it. I wanted to see what 390119 could look like if its livery was remastered from what it is now IRL to something better (in my opinion).

    Scenarios included in the pack:

    - WCML South: 1R11 Manchester Piccadilly to London Euston
    - WCML Birmingham-Crewe: 5F53 Oxley Car M.D. to Liverpool Lime Street
    - WCML Over Shap: 1M19 Glasgow Central to London Euston

Links to separate pages so you can jump to wherever you like:
Page 1 (Intro + Livery): HERE
    Page 2 (1R11 MAN-EUS): HERE
    Page 3 (5F53 XOY-LIV + 1M19 GLC-EUS): HERE
    Development Insight: HERE

Okay. Admin out of the way... let's get into this mahoosive announcement!

    Livery Name: Avanti 390119 Revamped
Route: West Coast Main Line South
    Train: Class 390/1 AWC
    Route covered: N/A
Duration (to make the livery): 22 hours 40 minutes (initial creation); 21 hours 36 minutes (refinement), 44 hours 16 minutes (overall - across 3 months).
    Difficulty: N/A
    Scenario Storyline: N/A

    WIP shots await...

Here it is! 390119 Revamped. It is pictured here from its first class end. Coach K looks unchanged (for the most part), right? Look at the Avanti West Coast triangle. Notice anything different now? And also towards the back of the coach?

Here is a view of 390119 from its standard class end. Note the Pride lettering on Coach A being filled in unlike on the real unit. I will discuss later on in the Development Insight into what is different between my revamped version and the real thing.

Here's the side views of 119, which are different per side. Excuse the wide lens photography going on here... fitting an eleven-car unit in a single screenshot at Wembley IC Depot is very tricky :|. I hope you can still see it okay.

Here are the nameplates that I have created for 390119. I have kept Progress because that name has become attached to 119 for the past six years. I have named 119 'The Manchester Warrior' on the other side as a nod to 119's former name under Virgin Trains; 'Virgin Warrior' and the fact that 119 seems to always find itself in Piccadilly either every day or every other day. The Manchester Bee makes its presence felt on a second AWC unit (following 390001):

    Livery Link:

I want to give a massive shout-out to SubwayRailfanner, because without the use of his Progress livery for the colour references and line geometry, this livery could not have been possible. Thank you for making your detailed liveries and do keep up the great work once you resume operations in the future!

The scenarios await on the next 2 pages...

    Class 377/6 (5 Car) BML
Route: London Commuter (Brighton Main Line)
    Train: Class 377/4 SN

    THE SCENARIOS:

    Scenario Name: 1R11 MAN-EUS
Route: West Coast Main Line South
    Train: Class 390/1 AWC
Route covered: Milton Keynes Central to London Euston (full route)
    Duration: 40mins
    Difficulty: 3
Scenario Storyline: Drive 390119 on her first run since repaint on 1-Romeo-11, the 06:15 Avanti West Coast service from Manchester Piccadilly to London Euston on the last leg of the run into London. It is the morning peak, so a clear run is far from expected. Avanti have planned a photoshoot session at Euston alongside 119's fellow celebrity Pendolino 390121 'Opportunity', so don't keep the press and spotters waiting!

    Anyway, WIP shots await...

Here is 'Progress'/'The Manchester Warrior' making her grand departure out of Milton Keynes ready for the final stretch into London Euston on the morning of June 1st.

Tilting action on full display at Linslade as ever! It really looks nice when it tilts .

It's getting busy now as we pass Hemel Hempstead... and yes, we are chasing yellows at this point. Those Desiros eh? :|

Ah! We have made it to Euston. Hopefully the press and spotters were happy for the slightly delayed arrival. These two look absolutely gorgeous whenever they line up together :love:. Whether it is in TSW or IRL.

    Scenario Link:

The next two scenarios are on the next page, as those two don't require formations...

Here are the other two scenarios for you...

    Scenario Name:
    5F53 XOY-LIV
    Route: WCML: Birmingham-Crewe
    Train: Class 390/1 AWC
    Route covered: Wolverhampton to Crewe
    Duration: 30mins
    Difficulty: 2
Scenario Storyline: Drive 390119 on 5-Foxtrot-53, an empty coaching stock move from Oxley Carriage Maintenance Depot in Wolverhampton to Liverpool Lime Street between Wolverhampton and Crewe on this murky and stormy June afternoon. You shouldn't encounter any delays on this run, but be careful around Stafford, as you cross over from the slow lines onto the fast lines from here. Be extra careful to avoid wheelslip or wheelslide on the slippery rails...

    Anyway, WIP shots await...

Here is 390119 departing Wolverhampton having reversed after arriving from Oxley. And since June 1st, it is managed to be in the correct formation again (SC - country end, FC - London end) :).

What a horrible Sunday (June 14th) huh? It's alright though, especially when you have not one... but two Pride trains to splash some colour into your day!

See what I mean regarding the tilting? It is absolutely lush, even in the wet. We pass one of the new Lumo services running between Stirling and London Euston at Norton Bridge ;).

As we pass Basford Hall Junction signal box, we begin to be checked down for our arrival into Crewe. Are we going to make it into Crewe without SPADing? Who knows, especially with the risk of wheelslide under braking... :o (for the record - I did make it to Crewe safe and sound.)

    Scenario Link:

    Scenario Name: 1M19 GLC-EUS
Route: West Coast Main Line Over Shap
    Train: Class 390/1 AWC
Route covered: Carlisle to Preston (full route)
    Duration: 1 hour 10 mins
    Difficulty: 1
Scenario Storyline: Drive 390119 on 1-Mike-19, the 18:40 Avanti West Coast service from Glasgow Central to London Euston on this late June evening. You are forecast a sunset run up Shap tonight, and it is something you have been looking forward to doing for the past week since you knew you had 390119 on your rostered turn. Enjoy the scenery and let the sun shine on those colours that your steed has this evening!

    Anyway, WIP shots await...

Here we are at Carlisle, departing ready for that coveted sunset ride up Shap that you have been looking forward to :).

This screenshot is my favourite of the pack by far ! The full train is in shot, with Shap Hardendale Quarry in the background. The positioning of the sun as well!?!. I totally understand why you have been looking forward to this for the past week now!

That's us at the main landmark on the route. Shap Summit. Now for the rollercoaster downhill towards Tebay... :o:cool:

Is this real, or is this real? How can't you tell me that this screenshot doesn't look real? The composition of the shot and the positioning of the setting sun makes this screenshot look so real, even though it is in TSW :D.

Development Insight - Avanti 390119 Revamped (livery):

Hello again, now that the big bulk of the announcement is dealt with, I can now offer you all an insight into what went into making Avanti 390119 Revamped (the livery, not the scenarios).

As mentioned during the announcement, this livery took a monumental time to make. Nearly the equivalent of two whole days to be exact! Even if it was split over three months, it is the longest I have ever spent making one singular livery in the Livery Designer. I really do hope that my explanations of certain elements of the creation process help you with making your own complex liveries.

There are some points I want to discuss with you on how I approached this livery:
    - Colours
    - Geometry
    - Refinement

There will be a 'Q & A' style segment as well like in my CC roadmaps to cover both the initial creation and refinement processes as well.

So, let's get into it then...

Before we start... What did I change from the original 390119 you all see racing along the WCML in real life?
    - Avanti triangles are all rainbow instead of white/orange,
    - Included the colours of the intersex-inclusive flag,
    - Added a section at the ends linking Coaches A and B plus Coaches J and K to further include the intersex community into the design,
    - Renamed to 'Progress'/'The Manchester Warrior',
    - Live Proud lettering on Coaches C, F and H are all filled in, as is the Pride lettering on Coach A.

    Colours:
First topic of discussion is colours. Why is getting colours right so important? It is important because it is what you (the human) sees and you want to get the correct shade or hue to make it look more accurate to the real thing. One piece of documentation I have started to use for my own liveries is Rob Wood's colour cards that he uses when he makes his own liveries (published on Train Sim Community) and I used the colour card for the Cantrail Stripe Orange to make sure it was correct. For the rest of the colours, I finetuned it using SR's Progress livery from Creators Club to try and line up the colours as best as possible, as his colours look very accurate to the real 390119. So, credit where it is due. Thank you to both Rob for publishing those colour cards and to SR for publishing some fantastic liveries on CC that can allow other creators to use as a reference to create their own liveries should an aspiring creator choose to do so. I highly recommend the colour cards, as it not only covers UK liveries, but now some international liveries too!

    Geometry:
Geometry then... You may be wondering what I mean regarding geometry. Geometry is a mathematical term describing the properties of space including distance, shape and size of figures. In this case, I am going to discuss how I used line geometry to line up where my lines should be positioned on the sides of the coaches. I'll provide an example of how I used line geometry to line up the yellow line in this image:

I made sure that my line was a straight line, and made sure that it was a 'straight slant'. I used two aspects of the Pendolino's body to make sure my lines were lined up properly. The small dots you see on the top of the bodyside and the undercarriage on the bottom of the bodyside. Along with the help of SR's Progress livery, I counted the number of dots on the top to where it should line up, and I used the undercarriage segments to assist in making sure it was straight as it could be. The same principle applies to the stripes on the sides of the train too (along with the use of the upper window and lower window bands depending on whether the stripe is above/below the window).

    Refinement:
Onto refinement. You may be thinking, why is refinement important? Refinement is important because you might not be happy with how the livery came out in the first place, so you might change the angles of some of the lines or change the font on the lettering to better represent the real thing you are referencing. Think of it like a piece of essay writing in English at school. Your initial creation is like your first draft of an essay, and your teacher gives you feedback to improve that piece of writing. Then, you redraft it using the feedback the teacher gave you and you keep redrafting it until you are happy to submit a final draft. Same applies here. You give yourself some feedback by using other creators' liveries as a guide to see where you have gone wrong. Then, you refine it and keep refining it until it is as close as not only the reference you are using, but also the creators' livery that you are using as a guide.

    Q & A - Initial:
Q1 - What brought you the urge to decide to revamp 390119's livery?
    - I have seen that other TOCs have used the intersex-inclusive flag in their Pride liveries i.e. LNER or TPE, but Avanti is still using the Pride Progress flag. I wanted to do a redesign to bring 390119 in line with the other Pride high-speed units i.e. 801226 or 802213.

Q2 - Why did the livery take so long?
    - Trying to do an eleven-car set from scratch will take a long time. For context, it nearly took me the equivalent of a whole day to get this livery created in the initial stage. A project of this scale and magnitude doesn't deserve a rushed livery. Not at all.

Q3 - What challenges did you have to overcome during the creation process?
    - The lines. I had to try and line them up according to the reference images I had. Some of those reference images were not ideal let's say, and I remember for a couple of the coaches, I had to use a photo of the model version to create the livery on the coach. It wasn't really ideal, and I had to keep a cool head through it all (which was tricky sometimes) otherwise I could've called it quits at any moment and we wouldn't be here tonight discussing it.

Q4 - Were you happy with the final result before the refinement process?
    - As happy as I could've been. It represented 390119, just not in the way it does today, and not in the way I would've wanted you all to see it at the time. That's why I chose to make it from scratch first, before refining the colours and lines as I had a baseline to work with in the first place.

Q5 - What coach took you the shortest time to make, and what coach took you the longest time to make?

    - The coach that took me the shortest time to make was Coach U, which took me 1 hour and 15 minutes to create. The coach that took the longest was Coach A, which took 3 hours and 45 minutes to make. Nearly 4 hours to make a coach? Goodness me!

    Q & A - Refinement:
Q1 - How did you find the refinement process?
    - Fairly time-consuming to be honest. I don't know what I spent more time doing; going through the menus between Livery Designer and the Training Center to compare against SR's livery, or actually refining my own livery in LD. Although, it gave me the results I wanted, and a livery I'd feel more comfortable sharing with the community.

Q2 - How helpful did you find the techniques you discussed earlier i.e. geometry?
    - Very helpful. I hope that you all found my explanation very helpful as well as I hope that I can inspire some livery creators to start making the step up from making basic liveries to try push themselves to new heights by making some more complex liveries by using those techniques, even if they are specific to the Pendolino in this instance. I hope that they can be applied to other multiple units in game as well when you make your own livery in LD.

Q3 - What challenges did you have to overcome during the refinement process?
    - The same as during the creation process. The lines. Although, I had SR's livery to use as a guide, so it was a little bit easier on the reference side of things compared to the initial creation process. I cannot shout SR out enough tonight to be honest for the talented work he does. Especially with how in depth he goes too, it astonishes me!

Q4 - How are you feeling now the project is over?
    - Very relieved that I don't have to go through the stress of the strenuous process again. It took a really long time to make, but I do hope that my commitment and determination to complete this project is reflected at the end of the month with high subscriber counts, considering the amount of detail I've done into on this one i.e. adding emergency egress handles on the exterior.

Q5 - Will you consider a project with this much scale again in the future?
    - A project with this much depth and magnitude? Once in a blue moon. These projects take up so many evenings in my life and I have a life away from TSW so I need to find a happy medium between the two. Should the need arise though? I'd think about it.

Oh wow! I'm finally through the Development Insight, and the full PMP announcement at long last. Thank you all so much for reading this if you get down this far, it is gratefully appreciated!

See you next time for the next CC release announcement. Until then, it is goodbye from me in TG08 HQ! :)
