PS5 Game Crashes When Resuming Save Game

We are running into an issue where if you try to resume progress on any saved route, the game will either hang on the loading/splash screen or crash completely. We have tested multiple different routes and the result is the same every time.

 

Crashes have become more likely since the last core update

 

It still surprises me that we already got two patches but the game still constantly crashes. I can barely play any service at all, it just keeps on crashing when loading...
