Lol I'm pretty happy it's releasing ima be using them spine cars for my stack trains lol, what are y'all opinion s about that add-on releasing June 25
Not interested at all, but I hope for the devs there are plenty of people with a different interest then me
the fact that we'll have a preview stream makes me more reassured about it being a "santa fe pack on release" v2.0 so yes, I'm happy because from the roadmap the only items that interest me are GP60M and Tadami Line (which we shouldn't "have in hand" before TSW7)
I'm also really looking forward to the release of the GP60! The US has a wide variety of traction machines, each with its own unique character and appeal. I welcome any addition to the US fleet.
In terms of US, I'd like to see a full remaster of the Sandpatch and Clinchfield routes with all the bells and whistles. Generally A-B at 20 mph with unremarkable scenery can be rather soporific.
Yes.....IF it turns out to be good. Honestly though, Cajon pass is so boring to drive on for me even if it's well-done. But, if it's significantly better than the awful Santa Fe pack, that's a step in the right direction. I'm more looking forward to the mining branchline they're making tbh. Preston-Crewe shows a freight focus can work really well if the operations are accurate and scenery is good- hope they can nail both aspects.
If the quality is right, I'll happily get them. The Santa Fe pack wasn't really up to spec from what I saw.
Unfortunately, you wouldn't get anything after the 1960s and TSW is allergic to anything that old. That's what the Class I railroads use, so it's accurate. Even if it's lacking in variety at times. I'd love some "early diesel" action but it's just not a TSW priority right now. It is what it is.
I feel like it kind of has to when they've announced off the bat they separated the liveries into two packs. It would be a real kick in the teeth to do that then sell both this and the Warbonnet livery for $20/25 a pop.
