Then there is no point of playing this game on gen 8 then cuz us gen 8 players Don't get anything and some people can't afford stuff
That's why you can't buy it on your console in the first place—it doesn't even appear in the store there. Or what did you mean?
I don't mean to come across as rude, but the game barely functions on gen 9, so naturally very little comes to gen 8. I do sympathise with cost though. I wouldn't have even been able to afford the Series S if I didn't buy it when I did, and I have serious concerns for the cost of gen 10 consoles...
if you can it’s time to upgrade, gen 8 support will likely be relinquished in a few months time with the release of tsw7. the game in its current state can’t support gen 9, so hoping for gen 8 to still get the full catalogue of add ons is too much to ask i’m afraid. it wouldn’t be fair on gen 8 users to be given access to the latest dlc either

Honestly, DTG seems to be starting to move on from this generation; it's even possible that TSW 6 will be the last version of this generation. New DLCs are becoming increasingly large and complex.
With the release of TSW5 and 6 on GEN 8, they give people expectations which are not realistic. Everything is very cut down, even on the base game routes and then there are many DLC not coming to GEN8 at all. So the experience is not good at all, which make it in my opinion a bad choise to still "support" GEN8. To me it's more like trying to get some extra bucks and not delivering anything good.
