Action Menu?

I've just purchased Train Simulator 2020 and am going through the tutorials. I keep seeing references to an "action menu," but there's no explanation of how exactly I find the action menu. I already looked through the keymappings and did a search, but found nothing. How do I get this action menu?

 

Do you mean the action list that is accessed by pressing F1?

 

You will find it when you are in a route by pressing "F1" it will appearin the upper left corner you will see the list actions that you will need to complete.
