"Please note that updates may take up to 24-hours to release across each platform. The patch will release on Wednesday June 24th at 10am BST."
Yes and it say release Wednesday 24 june 10am BST. I know it say allow 24hrs but never have I had to more than 30mins.
That’s a really lame line. Because on Steam, the update would be visible within 15 minutes at the latest, but right now you can’t see an update on Steam. That could mean it’s coming at 3 pm, because updates on Steam always appear at 9:00 am or at 3:00 pm.
well, today is the 24th and they even gave a timeframe for when the update would be sent, and still nothing... and I don't know about consoles, but on steam the update always arrives quickly for us, I checked steamdb and there's no sign of today's update...
forget about the "today's" update https://forums.dovetailgames.com/th...date-notes-june-25th-2026.98458/#post-1128666
Is that a question, a statement or a request/demand? Clearly there won't be an update today, as it would have been announced by now. Judging by the past couple of weeks, there will be patch notes around a day before once they know the update is close to ready. Patience, young padawans.
if i'm not mistaken, alex mentioned that this last batch of updates focusing on german and european add-ons (including edinburgh-glasgow and fife circle) was postponed to early july
Hey folks - just finished up the Q&A element - I'll share some official news around regarding the patch. We made a note for this next update needing abit more time from our latest update notes: https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/train-sim-world-6-update-notes-june-25th-2026.98458/ As a note, we originally communicated that improvements for the Fife Circle Line and Edinburgh Glasgow would be included in this update, however we’ve shifted these into our next patch to ensure we’ve had time to test the changes. With this change, we’ll need a little more time to prepare the following update, and we’re hoping for that patch to arrive in early July. Once we confirm the new date, we’ll let you know! We don't have a locked in date yet, but ideally the week from July 6th is the goal
Just shared these comms: TSW Next Core Patch - Coming Next Week (Early July) Hey folks - very quick update from me, we made a note in our patch last week that our next update was shifted from June 30th (today) into early July. I just wanted to make sure that this was clear to everyone, and what the goals of this update are. Cargo Line Vol 1 Petroleum Cargo Line Vol 2 Aggregates Cargo Line Vol 3 Intermodal Cargo Line Vol 4 Military Cargo Line Vol 5 Nuclear DB BR 218 Expert DB BR 101 ScotRail BR Class 158 Fife Circle Line & Levenmouth Rail Link Edinburgh - Glasgow Edinburgh - Glasgow: Engineering Express Pack And we have more, including some planned for Mittenwaldbahn, Niddertalbahn and Liberec Stara Para, as well as core content too - these are still in final testing, and ideally we'll aim to share patch notes ahead of the update next week. Apologies for the shift on this timeline, ideally we're hoping this ensures we get a good meaningful update out to you all  Thank you!
Then I'm not sure what your reply had to do with my point about Alex using Discord emoji code on the forum.
Probably you were correct that I missed your point - just glad to see information is being posted in multiple social media
Same here. A bit annoyed it’s been delayed but hopefully it’s worth the extra time. Sounds like they are trying to get this patch right. Fingers crossed.
Hey folks, Seen this question a few times in the community, so as a quick update: Yes, the patch is coming this week and is currently scheduled for Thursday. We're putting together the patch notes right now and will share them with the Roadmap article tomorrow. All the best, Jan
Playable Voyager services are nice, but why should I have to pick a worse TT depending to use a 158? Also Skyhook managed to make the 801 work, although admittedly as AI
Very happy with these updates, bit unfortunate the 158 won't appear. The new sounds and services sound brilliant. Can't wait to hear the new 385 sounds as they were the main reason I wouldn't drive it before.
Very happy that some substantial changes and updates have been made and they are most welcome and much appreciated from Rivet... The only minor feedback I'd give going by just the notes we have been given so far, is it's a shame suspension and onboard GSMR on the 385 hasn't been implemented. And also a shame those that own the 158 haven't been able to take advantage of it for FCL (As other routes always take advantage of extra stock, although I sort of get the reasoning). But the positives of the updates completely out number a few minor things. Glad it has been more than just a few sound updates, so complete Kudos to Rivet for this and I'm sure it will bring alot of players back to these routes, myself included. Was very surprised that the Class 385 has had some sound improvements so really excited to get my hands on it!
Nice, getting approach control signalling on Edi/Glas and Fife, great work. Will be firing those routes back up.
Feeling very hopeful for the Preston-Crewe updates. Hope it becomes playable on Xbox because it certainly isn’t at the moment.
Delighted that the 385 has had some attention; keeping everything crossed the update brings it back into play rotation for me!
It’s a shame that the updates for the Niddertalbahn and Mittenwaldbahn have been postponed. Those were the ones I was looking forward to the most. Perhaps you could still share what was planned for the updates, so we know what to look forward to?
Indeed. I don't understand why two timetables weren't created, in the same way as East Coastway; one for those with just Fife Circle, and one for those with the 158.
That's exactly what I would've done because that way everyone's happy. People who didn't buy the 158 don't lose services, and people who did can enjoy the new TT with it
What makes laugh that they didn't make another timetable for this but they was quite happy let wcml south have six timetables.
Thankfully I only have two on that route (the original and nuclear) because I didn't buy the 90, 805 or the other CL packs that have one for it
Baffling decision about the 158, why remove a core train from a route. That's like removing the 377 from east coastway and saying oh well you can still use the 313
Yeah, the update we’re getting now just feels rushed and cheap. The Rivet Games updates aren’t exactly exciting either more ‘nice’ than truly inspiring.
Well it's actually not a core train. it's an additional add-on. It's more like you can't have the 313 but still use the 377.
Thats correct they have to pull out stuff for people they dont own the 158 so they say thats not fair..... But people they pay for it are not part of the deal anymore... Bizar
