The GP60M and rail driver are having issues. I've calibrated the rail driver unit and doesn't work well with the H4 units. Senarios start in run 4. I'm having to go to full dynamics to get to run 1.When I unplug the rail driver unit, I can use the keyboard without any issues. No issues with the other GP60M variants. Anyone else having this issue. If so were you able to correct the issue and what did you do to correct it?
You are not alone claude, same here. Was very much anticipating this loco just to have the raildriver not work for the H4. Works fine for the H2. Just like you said, recalibrate does not help. Loco starts in notch 4 so you cannot move the reverser to forward or backword. If you push the throttle to idle then the dynamic brake engages, but able to move the reverser to forward. Will try to upload a video if possible. Also going to try the TSW Raildriver And Joystick Interface to see if that works. Will report back shortly. netguru

This is what it looks like as soon as you sit in the drivers chair with the raildriver at notch idle: In order to get it into idle you have to push the throttle all the way forward into dynamic brake and then the throttle goes idle, if you then push the reverser to forward the dynamic brake goes to notch 8. Hope Dovetail fixes this soon please.
Hi Thorgred, I mostly do not use TSW Raildriver And Joystick Interface but tried it with some of the loco settings, mostly the standards like SingleLever_* and Throttle* but gave up after trying about 15 of the settings, each basically did the same as the stock TSW6 settings did. Made the train unusable with the Raildriver. I did not try with any other joysticks I have, went and did the H2 (very remarkable on the Cajon Pass route). Tried to unpack the paks to see what the difference could be between the H2 and the H4 but am not a programmer so got bored with that. Sure hope DTG tries a fix soon. I also tried taking all the mods out of TSW6 but that did not help. I switch between TSW6 and the new mod for MSFS 2024 FSKingpin so did not spend a lot of time on trying to fix the H4. Have you tried and had any luck with TSW Raildriver And Joystick Interface? Curious. Netguru
Netguru that is what i use but created a general assets that works on most trains I followed the instructions in this video TSC X Setup for Train Sim World (TSW) Tutorial I am sure there are better ways to configure it even better on the TSC-X site there is also software which might work good it is called SimWorkshop-Instrument-Display-Setup need to do some reasearch on that one soon to see if there are some good tutorial videos on setting it up that way
Tried for a couple of hours to get this working with a generic profile with TSW Raildriver And Joystick Interface but gave up. Since this loco has a dynamic brake I cannot get by that with TSW Raildriver And Joystick Interface with the Raildriver. I give up. Next step I guess is for me to open a support ticket with DTG. So sad.
it is bugged for me too tried several other usa loc/train assets in TSW Raildriver and Joystick Interface but no go maybe a new asset might work but I am not in the mood to create a new one i rather just use my keyboard then
