In the May 28th patch notes, it is noted that the "Railpool Vectron Journey Mode now loads correctly and appears in the Kassel–Würzburg route menu". All of the activities in that journey chapter take place on Dresden-Riesa. Is there a reason why the Dresden-Riesa Vectron chapter was moved to Kassel-Würzburg, or was this a mistake?
Usually, I read the patch notes for the routes I own, but this one must have slipped through. I only noticed the change in-game last Friday and was confused because the journey still takes place on Dresden–Riesa, so I opened a support ticket. The question that comes to mind: What happens if you only own the Vectron DLC but not Kassel–Würzburg? How would you acces the journey?
I assume so. I can't find a logical reason why it was moved out of Dresden-Riesa. My assumption is that you cannot access the journey if you only have Dresden-Riesa and Vectron. You would need Kassel-Würzburg to see and play the journey. I have Kassel-Würzburg and the journey works, so it isn't a big deal for me. I just noticed it missing from Dresden and found it strange that it was moved to KW.
The only reason I could think of for moving something out of Dresden-Riesa would have to be shenanigans with the new route being Dresden-Leipzig. Still doesn't explain much at all including why it would be K-W instead. Sounds more like a bug.
