Tárgy: Elképzeléseim a Train Sim World jövőbeli többjátékos módjával és diszpécserközpontjával kapcsolatban

Dinamikus események: A véletlenszerű pálya-/kapcsolóhibák valós idejű problémamegoldást igényelnek.

    Fegyelmi szabályok:
SPAD: 1 perc megállásra és jelentésre (egyébként 2 napos kitiltás). Az állomásfőnöknek meg kell vizsgálnia a helyszínt.
Trollvédelem: 7 napos kitiltás jogokkal való visszaélés vagy szándékos káoszkeltés esetén.

Három csapás szabálya: 3 kisebb szabálysértés = 3 napos kitiltás.

Mentődaru: 5 perc a belépésig. Ha a sofőr rádión jelez problémát, a fődiszpécser a szóköz billentyűvel szüneteltetheti a visszaszámlálást. Nincs büntetés; a rendszer egy mesterséges intelligenciával működő operátort rendel hozzá.
Indokolatlan ácsorgás: Kötelességszegésként megjelölve, 3 napos kitiltást von maga után.
Gratulálunk: Jutalom a kiváló munkáért az incidensek során.
Orient Expressz és képzés: Havonta egyszeri Orient Expressz esemény (zöld korongos diszpécserszolgálat; balesetek esetén professzionális rádiós magyarázat szükséges). Képzési modul: Kijelölt hely a diszpécseri és forgalomirányítói feladatok gyakorlására az éles indulás előtt.

Subject: My ideas for the future multiplayer mode and dispatch center of Train Sim World
Language filtering: Servers matching your native language to ensure clear radio communication.

Station Briefing: Players meet in a "Railway Club" or on the platform at the station to coordinate traffic before the shift starts.

    Station Roles:

Station Master: Oversees staff, authorizes special movements, enforces discipline, and handles the Orient Express departure.
Chief Dispatcher: Traffic coordination, platform allocation, train priority (IC/ICE/EC).
Zone Controllers: Managing specific sectors (entrance/storage tracks).

    Switch Operators: Executing path settings.
Major Station Rule: 15+ tracks = +4 additional switch operators. AI fills any empty roles.

AI Mechanics: AI handles all repairs and emergency response.
Dynamic Events: Random track/switch defects require real-time problem solving.

    Disciplinary Rules:
SPAD: 1 minute to stop and report (2-day ban otherwise). Station Master must inspect the site.
Troll protection: 7-day ban for abusing rights or intentional chaos.

    Three-strike rule: 3 minor offenses = 3-day ban.

Rescue crane: 5 minutes to enter. If the driver reports an issue over the radio, the Chief Dispatcher can pause the countdown with the Space bar. No penalty applies; the system assigns an AI operator.
Unjustified loitering: Flagged as dereliction of duty, results in a 3-day ban.
Congratulations: Rewards for excellent work during incidents.
Orient Express & Training: Monthly Orient Express event (green disc dispatch; accidents require professional radio explanations). Training Modul: Dedicated space for practicing dispatching and traffic control duties before going live.

DTG have ruled out any form of multiplayer for tsw and there's likely no convincing them to do otherwise, I have my own ideas for tsw multiplayer but I see no point in saying it if there's no chance of it happening

TSW6 is in its dying weeks too, liable to be replaced by TSW7 very soon.

If you want a multiplayer train game then Run 8 and SimRail are your go to. But as discussed previously, it really doesn't add that much to the experience. Also, being realistic, DTG were quite clear the other week how stretched their community team is managing their various social media, so unlikely they want to add 24/7 server moderation to that workload.

On maps like the LIRR/LIRR Commuter, Harlem Lines, Northeast Corridor Metro-North, for an example would normally have more than one conductor. It would be great if we can actually carry that thought out within the game and playing with out friends. I am not sure about other lines like in Europe but I am sure research can be done.

how many times are people going to request multiplayer...?

At this point someone needs to pin a thread saying "do not request multiplayer. It isn't happening"

Oh how I'll miss the opportunity to wave at an avatar of a friend who is driving a train in the other direction.

Within the game-play available in TSW I've never been convinced there's a decent enough business case for adding it.

Like I said it was a novelty in SimRail for an hour or two, more so playing as the signaller. But after a while it was just sounding the horn and maybe typing "Have a great evening" in the chat box, particularly after the game admin decided to cut down on idle chit chat.

Run 8 was even worse. Joined a server, attempted to join in to be abruptly told it was a, "Private conversation..." So I ran my train for a bit, parked it up out the way in one of the Bakersfield yards with a note attached that I would return later and when I did, found some nice person had deleted it.

And I definitely agree - amid all the furore the last couple of weeks over the forum restructuring, why have none of the community management team thought to put a big bold sticky at the head of this forum asking people not to request multiplayer.
