After today's update (PS5 1.035), Japan and Czechia have been added to the country filter list for obvious reasons, but China has been added to the list too. New country coming soon I guess? Otherwise it would be a weird error

If the TSW chinese route isnt selling my usual, hong kong style singapore fried rice, sweet and sour chicken balls, noodles and bean sprouts, then im outta here! I would also pay for the route in cash, CASH IS KING
The Hong Kong Tramway complete network would be nice, if improbable. And the new(ish) line to Lhasa probably too much of a political hot potato for DTG. Just hope if we are getting a Chinese route, it’s not high speed i.e. a remake of their work for TSC. I want something winding through the mountains with those big DF11 diesels on the front, or steam locos on coal trains across the Jingpeng Pass.
Its defo gonna be more likely to be a Hong Kong route, especially due to so many British assets for that region. it *may* even be a retro 1990s setting, ie before the 1999 handover. All that could easily be done from UK archives.
Chengkun Railway: Hanyuan – Puxiong, Western Sichuan Passwere and Longhai Railway: Lingbao - Mianchi the most chic routes with the atmosphere of real Chinese atmosphere! I hope for something like this for TSW
Asked in Roadmap stream. Me: It appears that China is now in the route filter feature, is that intended or a bug? (Intentional, to not get the classic roadmap answer) Alex: um not entirely sure, i guess a good answer um I wouldn't think it's a bug because it'd be a really weird bug. but um I can probably say with some confidence that it does that doesn't relate too much right now. So I guess we wait, not for something very soon.
It's intended to be like this as no sane person would think it's a bug, and then would have to answer how intended that is.
