This is a route I have never driven, but sounds interesting. It is 54,4 km (33,8 miles) long and has two regional trains per hour and some intercity trains per day. Trains can drive 140 km/h (87mph) on this line.

The line has the following stations:
    - Ulm Hbf
    - Neu-Ulm
    - Finningerstraße
    - Senden
    - Vöhringen
    - Bellenberg
    - Illertissen
    - Altenstadt(Iller)
    - Kellmünz
    - Memmingen
The RE75 takes 34 minutes for the journey; the RS7 takes 51 minutes for the journey.

Many would wish an extension to Kempten or Immenstadt, but that part has just one regional train per hour and some intercitys, which could be too little to make it worth it.

The RS7 stops at all stations, the RE75 only at Illertissen. At the moment of making this thread, I can't find the timetable for the intercity service. "Turns out that a cable problem makes intercity services on this line not possible up to 2027."

The RS7 is running by the BR622/BR623 from DB Regio

The RE75 is running by the BR633 from DB Regio, therefore the BR 612 drove this line.

The intercity is mostly run by the BR218 with IC1 coaches.

That would be a very interesting route! It ranks among the busiest single-track railway lines in Germany and would offer a refreshing change from the standard electrified double-track lines usually found in TSW. Most of the necessary rolling stock already exists: the Class 612 for the RE 75 service, the Class 218 for IC trains and occasional freight services, as well as the Class 363, Class 294, and G6 for shunting and short-haul transfers (such as in the Neu-Ulm industrial area). The Class 622 for the RS 7 and RS 71 services could be included as a new train for the route. For variety, the roughly 10 km branch line from Senden to Weißenhorn could be added. This would allow players to run the entire RS 71 service from Ulm Hbf to Weißenhorn. The scenery along the route is another major plus.
Edit: An extension by another 30 km to Kempten Hbf (bringing the total route length to more than 85 km + 10km branch line) might be too much to ask for. However, it would complete the Illertalbahn and offer services up to 70 minutes. Moreover, this section is particularly scenic and I would love to see the whole route in TSW.

At times, the Illertalbahn, which to this day is largely equipped with semaphore signals, feels a bit like the Niddertalbahn, even though the service frequency on the Illertalbahn is significantly higher. If you’d like to see more photos of the rural section of the route, take a look at this page (up to image 27): https://www.drehscheibe-online.de/foren/read.php?112,10491925
For an overview of the entire route all the way to Kempten (including many more photos), you can also check out this page: http://eisenbahnsignale.de/Kilometrierung/Tabelle1/KemptenNeuUlm/KemptenNeuUlm.htm
