Hi everyone, I'm hoping someone has come across this issue before. I'm using XC Route Birmingham to Bristol v1.2.0 I have all of the required dependencies installed and have successfully driven this route several times previously without any issues. However, this is the first time I've driven northbound from Gloucester towards Cheltenham Spa, and I've encountered what appears to be a section of broken/missing track which causes an immediate derailment, making it impossible to continue. To try and resolve the issue, I've: Confirmed I'm running v1.2.0 of the route. Verified that I have all of the required dependencies installed. Run TS Tools to check for missing assets or dependencies, but I can't see anything obvious missing. Completely reinstalled the route, but unfortunately the problem still persists. Successfully driven other sections of the route multiple times without any problems. I also found a "Gloucester Track Patch for XC Route (not Extended)" on the XC Route website and downloaded it in case it was related to my issue. However, when I looked at the contents of the patch, it appears to target the route with the GUID: f27620e2-7390-4904-a92a-ee1a73b48476 whereas my installed XC Route Birmingham to Bristol v1.2.0 has the route GUID: 3a84ad90-ae0e-4a79-b416-60b6ab20bb57 Because of this, I wasn't sure whether the patch is intended for an older version of the route, a different edition, or whether I've misunderstood how it should be installed, so I haven't applied it. I've attached a screenshot of the issue. There are also a couple of orange/white placeholder objects nearby, although I'm not sure if they're related to the broken track or just missing scenery assets. Has anyone else experienced this specific issue between Gloucester and Cheltenham Spa? If so, were you able to identify the cause or find a fix? Has anyone successfully used the Gloucester Track Patch with v1.2.0, or is it only intended for an older release of the XC Route? Finally I have emailed the route owner at build@xcroute.com for any support also (not sure if this may help as well) Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
I've never used the route, so my observations are limited. Have you tried repairing the track in the editor?
I just opened it up & have the same problem. 2 lots of missing track, 1 short & 1 long. Had a look in the editor but don't know enough to fix it. Here's hoping you get a reply. I'm sure I have traversed this track in the past but haven't used it in a couple of years.
