when I stop after Coswig to give way to another freight train, the 0V signal ouput fuse opens, and when this happens, the fault list is not displayed on the screen, thus blocking the scenario

 

The bug is still there and like many other bugs no one is intressted in fixing it

 

Can comfirm aswell i recently got the 145 bc its on sale rn for playstation and when i tried to do this scenario i got stuck aswell at the same area with the same issue

 

I have run into the same problem. The workaround posted in the BR 145 Expert Troubleshooting thread does not work either.

 

TSG has provided DTG with an update for the BR 145.
As always, it is now up to DTG to decide when we will receive this update. In some cases, the developers pass the updates on to DTG, and unfortunately there have already been instances where DTG has only made these updates available to users some six to eight months later.

 

for me it did work but you just have to be quick with the screen thing for the faults

 

If possible, could you provide more specifics on the sequence of events needed to get past the "scroll down" step where it gets stuck? I no longer have a save near the stuck point, so I'd have to start over to try your suggestion. I'd love to try it if I had a clearer idea of what to do. Thank you!
