Photo 4: For some reason at the stations there are TfL way out signs (like here at Cookham), but these stations are not managed by Transport for London

Maybe but they've been ignoring posts in this forum for much longer than that unlike the more professional outfits like JT, AABS and Firefly who seem to take great pride in addressing their customers issues and comments. A great pity I can't buy their content without DTG taking a cut as I don't want to reward DTG's abysmal customer service.

Well at least now we know who would actually call and tell on DTG to get the license removed.

Are you gonna call Metrolink too since they have the real numbers on Antelope and San Bernardino for Safety and Security and Customer Service

They even have 911 which is like your 999 in North America.

Give it a rest mate. If you read above you will see the author has admitted to the error and taken steps to correct it. That, so far as I'm concerned, is the end of the matter. And I certainly make no apology for threatening to take the matter further - at the time - which thankfully is no longer necessary.

And yes thank you, I do know what 911 is so less of the patronising too, please.

Just saying you don't seem concerned with the US having it just the UK as in your mind it over now.

    Just shows your true colours.

Not sure if this is logged already but i ran a 165 service on GWE after the service i walked around and took another service over. The 165 had a random fault and i continued to hear the engine stall warning light click in the cab of the HST i was now driving.
