I wonder if they’ll decide to break into the UK sim market at some point and fulfill the Tory dream of making the railways competitive

Sorry but other than the one reference the evidence for a Chinese route is entirely circumstantial. We have had no indication there are any Asian 3P's other than UW who, as previously discussed, are mired down trying to sort out whatever has gone wrong with Tadami. And if they are somehow involved (another team perhaps) their Chinese routes for TSC were not that great.
