I would first of all like to thank dove tail for there hard work making another TSW be nice if bugs got fixed there's a lot and things not working properly I'm from the east midlands In Nottinghamshire United Kingdom Based mainly around the Eastmidlands of Nottinghamshire a very well know area for coal mining + we have great country side & farmland & what better way to share that with our fellow train enthusiasts than to hope that Dove tail gaming gets to work on this fantastic project. More routes is always good,, I just really want someone to make the routes from my area Eastmidlands Nottinghamshire because of the beautiful scenery here & the great rail history in the area also we have a 5 track main line running through Chesterfield station & Double track running through Mansfield & shirebrook That then joins into the main coal line that goes past Welbeck Colliery junction & under peafield bridge it would be good to be able to understand how the trains run better in the local area with the vast amount of countryside & bridges from Victorian times . with lots of different bridges and scenery water ways unique stations along the route Local collieries All of which use Derbyshire & Lincolnshire and East Coast rail LD & ECR it's the Nottinghamshire mid joint line joins onto the robin hoodline at shirebrook junction Welbeck Clipstone Shirebrook Warsop Warsop Vale Mansfield woodhouse Clown Bolsover. Coal light It would also be nice if custom wagons actually showed up instead of remaining that boring stock colour Also the DLC prices need to stop going up there getting pretty ridiculously high I would like to see a wider expansion of United Kingdom routes with new routes added and existing routes expanded A class 56 & 58 would be good to see More railways going over bridges and under bridges and by resivours and thru rock canyons and passing thru the middle of town above everything would make a great view from the Locomotive cab You can find this on the robin hoodline and more which would make a nice overlay or possibly expansion with the current East Midlands route Derby to Nottingham There are 3 separate mainlines in the East Midlands are One goes thru chesterfield One goes thru shirebrook from Nottingham part of the robin hoodline The other one goes past welbeck colliery junction and is the part of the Derbyshire & Lincolnshire and East Coast rail LD & ECR it's the Nottinghamshire mid joint line joins onto the robin hoodline at shirebrook junction Shirebrook also has a signal box Some unique scenarios to the area would be nice ie larger scope on coal and mining Also taking items or picking up items from W.H Davis wagon works in shirebrook If not possible the route would be nice to have I know a lot will enjoy it by what I've heard and there's a lot wanting to see the robin hoodline With vast farm land and small towns and villages in-between and some viaducts with waterways and bridges for the Locomotive to pass under and over and a unique signal box at the start of a rock canyon there's certainly plenty to catch the eye on the robin hoodline and surrounding areas xxxx Some features and stuff / Towns villages + xxxx Track Maintenance Tampers Rail grinders HST Measurement Train MPV Track cleaner Track replacement / repair Would be good if when say reach level 100 you can maintain the rail world.. Network movement & Ballast loading unloading .. Location & routes Cottam power station Welbeck colliery Clipstone colliery Thorsby colliery Cemex Buxton aggregate Nottinghamshire Derbyshire Chesterfield Shirebrook Mansfield Woodhouse Warsop Warsop vale Meden vale Peafield bridge Lincoln Lincolnshire Newark W.H Davis Langwith Immingham Hull Southampton Toton yard Doncaster Barrow hill Fox low junction Welbeck colliery junction robin Hood line route if you can add your information here that would be great so we can get as much information as possible in one place .. Class 56 load haul was running down to Welbeck Colliery before GBRF & Freightliner before GBRf Sometimes you would get a rare rail freight class 58 these were around the times the load haul was about a lot & then they suddenly vanished & EWS 66 was king of the line Freightliner was pretty quickly joined though.. Twin Ews class 37 where regularly up & down the mainline under Pea field bridge.. on Pea field road Warsop Class 37 mainline was also regular
I think from a passenger train perspective the Robin Hood line isn't exactly very interesting. 1 train per hour between Nottingham and Worksop and then an extra hourly one just to Mansfield Woodhouse... It's not as if the service patterns are interesting either as it's pretty much all stops (except Whitwell and Langwith Whaley Thorns get an alternating two hourly service) Maybe Erewash Valley from Nottingham up to Chesterfield then Sheffield would be more interesting with hourly faster services from EMR and a Leeds bound Northern service functioning as a stopper on this part. Plus the St. Pancras and XC services between Chesterfield and Sheffield (even more so if you include the line down to Derby too
Absolutely fantastic idea the robin hood line is iconic and in days gone by you used to be able to see the iconic annesley headgear of the former annesley pit as you passed the area part of the so called Hidden valleys area en route to hucknall Kirkby Mansfield and Worksop your idea is fantastic because also opens up possibility of the Sheffield to Lincoln line via Retford and Gainsborough Lea road definitely day 1 purchase
The services are not always every hour ,, And it would a great expansion to the already Midland mainline Nottingham to Derby services i think its a great part of route and so do a lot of others im not the first person to pop the robin hood line up and there is a wide range of things to see , RHT MPV come thru a lot as do new and used wagons to W.H Davis thats been there since the railway opened for the mines We get ROG moving new stock thru We get nuclear flask movements We get daventry tesco thru im all for any route in the uk i like freight and variety i also like delays if the research is done correctly there will be a lot of delays in the area
unfortunatly im not familier with that part of the route but as you say its a fantastic idea I know the welbeck colliery line ,, The LD & ECR line and the Robin hood line Would also be nice to have clipstone headstocks since they where the biggest and it was the deepest mine in europe in a ideal world i would have all uk routes on fully functioning mines working interactive power stations All freight services realistic run round and reverse [ i know they reversed out welbeck colliery jun onto the mainline Day / Night operations i spoke to a guy working Freightliner when welbeck colliery was operating , He told me he came from immingham and once loaded was going to cottam power station this was at 10:30pm he said he would be doing that another 9 times before headding back to his depot he also said he aint got a finish time im done when done he said

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lanca...ashire,_Derbyshire_and_East_Coast_Railway.png Welbeck colliery junction left the LD & ECR line to go down to the colliery
Passenger services between Worksop and Nottingham are indeed every hour. They leave Worksop at xx.39 and Nottingham at xx.25
