Regarding the 331.

Will it layer onto Manchester Airport Commuter in any capacity? (Driveable, AI? Etc)?

 

A couple of questions about the AI Conductor feature:

Will the AI guard procedure for the Class 220 follow the authentic "ten bells" dispatch procedure?
Will this functionality be available on trains that solely use Driver Only Operation in normal real life operations?

 

For the existing Guard Mode, are there any plans to improve the buzzer/bell procedure? It's always irritated me slightly that the procedure seems to just be 'press the buzzer once', as opposed to the authentic procedure (two rings from the guard followed by a response of two from the driver).
The same is true for the procedure relevant to the Class 220 that I mentioned in my previous reply.

 

Are the JetWash's lighting enhancements coming to consoles at some point?

 

Why is there no pre-load option for Steam users with Deluxe/Ultimate Edition? without the pre-load downloading such large amount data takes about few hours to half a day in some cases depending on internet speed thereby effectively reducing the early access playtime by quite some time ... so PC users are not getting the full 5 days of early access ! When the CSX locomotives for the Tr-rail route are updated, will the ones for previous DLC like Sand Patch Grade also be upgraded?

 

while SBB can not be in tsw due to problems, does this mean thaw whole swiss train network that SBB out or can there still be routes the are on SBB lines in the future e.g. the lotschberg line?

 

Will the AI conductor/guard function correctly for each train for example on the Class 220 the driver controls the doors entirely and the guard locks out the local door driver closes all the doors and then the guard unlocks the local door and the driver closes it. However, on a Class 375 the driver opens the doors and the guard closes the doors and or on a Class 172 the guard opens and closes the doors will this work this way or will it be the same for all trains?
Also will DLSS have frame gen?

 

I have a question based on the Epic Settings. Unreal Engine provides these Epic settings as part of scalability settings so just wondering why its only now Epic Settings is a thing when it would technically be from the start ?

Question I forgot to ask: will the new simple controls work on steam trains? This would be a great help to make steam more accessible as it is a steep learning curve with normal controls. Don’t know if this came up in the roadmap stream, I’m still watching that. If not, I guess I’ll have to give it a try when the game comes out.

 

With regard to Freight Hauler, how much has this been influenced by Run 8’s Industry feature? Are there plans to take the initial implementation further so that, like Run 8, we can spawn in manifests which can be broken down into Locals to serve the various spurs with the collected completed cars returned to the yard and sorted into outgoing trains for onward travel to off route destinations?

Or as I have done on the SoCal network by creating an artificial terminating point in Los Angeles, set up a closed loop in my case the famous BKDOU and DOBKU oil cans from and to Bakersfield?

How will all this work with the very rigid signaller/dispatcher in TSW? With Run 8, “Otto” is very dynamic or can even be taken off line and the player take over the dispatcher duties to get out of a tight spot?

 

Unsure if this question belongs here but seemed most suitable out of other forum titles. Now that PC is getting epic settings and enhanced lighting which looks very good in the before after pics. As a console player my question is. How will this affect future preview streams? Will it be clear what settings are being shown. Im sure you'd want to show a route off to its best but then that's not going to be console reality. So will it be made clear. Or is it now more important that console capture or console play is also in the streams? Hope that makes sense.

 

Which then of course begs the question did you seek a licence?
