Today, I thought I will do a service from Manchester to London Euston, obviously route hopping through 3 routes. But then when I tried to fixate on a headcode, I noticed something. 1A79 starts from Manchester at 19:52 in MAC Route. This very service is however, listed as continuing at Crewe at 18:29 in WCML Trent Valley. Ofc, being from same developer, 1A79 in WCML South route resumes from MKC at 19:37, around the time you would expect the train to have traversed Trent Valley. So essentially as per the game's "canon" the service starts from Manchester at 19:52, goes down to Wimslow, time travels back by almost an hour and a half, reaches Crewe at 18:29 itself, before proceeding as normal to MKC - Euston It would be nice if developers working on different parts of a same mainline try to match up to a singular timetable. Manchester - Wimslow Crewe - MKC MKC - Euston
Have you checked that the timetables are set in the same year? They won't necessarily match up as timetables are amended year on year
Just checked at all the available timetables for WCML South including ATS's own timetable which came with the class 90. No match. So I guess there is a gap year or something as you suggest... WCML Trent Valley only has a singular timetable. Well, the point still stands, devs can look into collaborating with each other and sync timetables especially when they are set in the same era
