    Hello folks!

My name is ColonelKlink, and I have had TS2019 (now 2020) since July when I picked it up on the Steam Summer sales, but I haven't really properly played it until about a week ago. I do enjoy the game, but I have run into a few issues here and there that I've scoured the net looking for answers to, and this is my last resort.

Dont spend too much time reading the forums! Instead enjoy the game ;) On a more serious note, probably understanding signalling and knowing the route are quite handy..

And try to read the manual of the route / loco you want to use, normally you can find in there everything you need about how those specific locos work, and also about signalling. The manuals of the content you own are located in the main folder of the game.

If you are lost not sure what to do you can always go through the Academy for training on the locos and signalling. Just in case there is a manual that you can turn to.

Anything specific that you cannot find you can always ask here for assistance here.

Ha! But I like to see how helpful people are you see! Ok thanks for this advice. I do not know anything about signalling and knowing routes obviously. I think I might become a nerd and read about train stations I may stop at (because I won't have heard of many of them I am sure!)

Ok I will do this - I might just become secure with one loco really so I don't get overwhelmed! Thanks for the tip about the manual. :)
Question for you? Top three routes in your opinion, or anything else's who is reading!
    So many to choose from!

I have hundreds of hours into the game and still have untouched content and routes so my point isn't final, but so far some of my favorites are London Faversham, Riviera Line and Doncaster Works (very different route to everything else, based on shunting mostly). Special mention to Cajon Pass and the BNSF1 scenarios, very long trains are a real challenge in gradients.
