After made the Luzern-Sursee line, it opens mor options for new locations, and I'm think it will a great idea to make the Brunig line from Luzern to Interlaken Ost via Meiringen, and the Luzern-Engelberg line, with the ZentralBahn's plenty of rolling stocks, because they're beautiful line's and it takes new challenges for example with the cogwheel segments between Luzern and Meiringen and between Luzern and Engelberg. And after it made in the Luzern-Sursee line in Luzern the AI traffic will can better, for example no more Flirt units in the meter gouge tracks.
I don’t think you would get the Brunig line as I believe that is SBB and due to licensing and concerns over train security they are no longer allowing DTG to make content based on their routes and operations.
The Brunig line is actually ZB as Zentral Bahn and it's a private company in Switzerland such as the RhB
The Luzern Engelberg line is certainly very beautiful and would introduce rack railway for the first time in TSW. I'd love it. I doubt it would be that popular though unless you really know the area. There are less than 20 full length services per day in each direction and even including the services to Stans, there would not be a huge amount to do. I also suspect with the Lake of Luzern and all of the mountains, it would be quite a challenging route to make. Count me in though. Engelberg is my favourite place in the world.
Luzern and its surroundings have already been created, so it could simply import that section and continue the line from there towards Engelberg. However, completing the Brünig line would be more interesting in terms of the work involved; not only does it feature full legth services, but there are also connecting feeder services at both ends—from Luzern to Giswil and from Meiringen to Interlaken Ost, and also can take many freight services in both line.
That’s not quite right. SBB still issues licences, whether for routes, locomotives, trains, etc.! Have a look at www.simtrain.ch – you’ll see that new content is added almost every month, most of which relates to SBB and so on. Admittedly, these are for Trains Sim Classics. SBB simply has a few restrictions, though these vary somewhat from one Swiss add-on developer to another. But we also have the BLS, for example, which has a very large rail network, and I believe the BLS is less strict when it comes to what can and cannot be depicted.
Yes from BLS the old Lötschberg line would good to see for example with the Spiez-Interlaken Ost line.
