Steam Freight Hauler Low Fps

I am at Würzburg and after a few path had been set I get really low fps. Once I could gain it back to 72 (limited to that) by changing settings in Screen option. But dropped back down.

I have a 7800x3d CPU paired with a RTX5070Ti. So it should not be an issue

Edit 3: FPS drops when I set a path. As I mentioned, I already did a few paths just to get to the freight cars

 

Now it gone back up..... on epic settings right now.
