The BNSF Line to Aurora is nicknamed that, but it's only one of many lines. While I respect jonnyd's opinion, I am going to disagree that Chicago and the NEC are the only really interesting aspects to North American railroading. Obviously it's subject to opinion, but it's a big continent with plenty of railroading hotspots and operations. It's purely a matter of tastes and interests, and knowing where to look. I've been a railfan basically my entire life, and still find new rail operations I had no idea about, a recent example of which being a compilation video of passenger trains in Texas. Outside of TRE, I didn't know there were other passenger trains there, so imagine my surprise. There's plenty of exciting and interesting trains here, they just might not be to everyone's tastes.
