Trying To Get Into Contact With Dsgddr (for Good Reason)

I do not want to be too public about the reason but I feel this is very important with how A model of their S1 is being used under claims of having bought it's rights to use and sell, I am looking to confirm or deny these claims but it has been quite rough to find them!

 

Is that a TSW-related concern? What or who is DSGDDR?

 

If you search for ‘DSGDDR’ on Google, you’ll see that ER is a developer of routes as well as locomotives for the TSC.

So I’m now wondering what the TSC content has to do with TSW.
Which locomotive is supposed to have been bought by someone?
