Problem With Introductionto Class 43 (xbox One X)

someone could help me? I'm not able to seat down on Class 43... so, I can't complete the mission... Simply, the icon (y) doesn't appear...

Seems to be an issue on Xbox - there are already posts about it, eg. this one. He posted in the wrong forum too so I guess that's another issue all of its own.
