It's the top option on the main entry point to the forum and people are too dim or lazy (OP just responded to his own thread so you can decide which) to read any further down the list. I imagine if TSW was the first option, the reverse situation would be the more common. Until they make the forums more obviously separate (or stop introducing new bugs at each update) it's only going to keep happening.
