Hey, whenever i try to play train simulator at the moment the screen is looking a washed out white colour, however when I screenshot it looks normal, its the only game that does it on my pc and it not because its not up to spec because it ran shadow of the tomb raider high settings 4k.

    I have attached an image.

    • MSI B450 Carbon AC Pro
    • 16 GB Corsair Vengence RAM
    • MSI GeForce RTX 2070 8GB GDDR6

When you start the game go in to Settings and see if something has changed on the Graphics pages

If it does not look any better click on the Basic button to make everything Default settings

What I've tried so far is:
    • unistalling and reinstalling the game.
    • Reset graphics settings
    • Reinstalled my graphics drivers

You are uninstalling the game because the picture does not look right?
That is like removing the engine from your car and reinstalling because the mirror is at the wrong angle.

Did you alter the In Game settings?
What have you changed them to?

    Try these
    RW Settings.jpg Settings 3.jpg

Have you checked that your graphics card is firmly seated in the mother board and that the monitor cable is securely connected at both ends?

When in the game press the ESC key and in the window that comes up select option and then you shall have some sliders that control graphics etc, move the contrast one left or right and see if that helps. Sliding it left makes the game go brighter and moving it right makes it go darker.

I think you set the brightness too high. Simply go to in-game settings and put the brightness down to about halfway.
