Ticket Not Being Responded To

    Hello, I am hoping one of Dovetails staff will read this, as I submitted a support ticket, but gotten no response in three days. I would appreciate any help, thank you.

    Did you send it at the weekend? They don't work weekends.

    No, during the week actually. I actually opened a new ticket on the same issue during the week, but nothing. I then later opened another ticket on another issue and then they answered, so who knows? They've always been really helpful, so it's not a big deal.
