Northern Transpennine. Miles Platting. A DMU to Manchester waits for the 19:48 Manchester - Leeds express to pass.
The aspects at Huddersfield towards Leeds say "YOUUU shall NOT PAAASSSSS!" ahem... Northern Trans Pennine
Northern Trans Pennine Having given the 20:48 Manchester Victoria - Leeds the right to proceed the signal arms at Philips Park West Jn have been reset. Despite being more aestheticly pleasing I do like how in low ambient light conditions the oil lamps can be discerned through the lenses on the arms of semaphore signals in TSW.
Great Western Express At 17:00 London Paddington sees the simultaneous departures of 1C23 to Bristol Temple Meads and 5L67 to Old Oak Common. The ECS having left from P2 and a more direct exit at the station throat is slightly ahead of the service to Bristol at this point, having left from P9. I may soon get called "Moon Guy" with another effort showing the moon. But unlike Terence Cuneo and his trademark mouse in his railway paintings I can't guarantee it's appearance (as last week I was unsuccessful in trying to replicate the conditions for my screenshot at Manchester Victoria which had included the HUD)!
Tough competition as we've had at least a few favourites, but the winner for this week is TrainPhotos_ Congrats! New thread: https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/tsw-screenshot-contest-week-9-march-2020.21077/
