So since my screenshot from week 7 is in winter I guess I can use it Route used: Norfolk southern Coal District Locos used: CSX SD70MAC, CSX Dash-8 C40-8W A late winter train creeps along the road in West Brownsville
Western Pacific GP-35's working a local lumber job in the dead of winter, just about unable to see your hand in front of your face. Feather River Canyon
I've been thinking how to do the subject of winter, so in keeping with my recent dotty compositions I bring you my interpretation of it, and what could be more winterish than a winter Olympic ski jump stadium in the snow? Brrr. I can feel the cold in my bones. The route is Mittenwaldbahn and the loco is an OBB 1014, which is out of shot behind you.
It's a cold miserable day to be out on a train photo-shoot. You wish you were in the warm cab of the OBB 1014 as it leaves Innsbruck on the Mittenwaldbhan route.
A B&LE Santa Fe hauls a long coal train with some flurries in the air on the Bessemer and Lake Erie route.
North Elizabeth Station on the Northeast Corridor Line (NYC-Phila) New Jersey Transit Arrow III MU car #1407 heading south
and i recycle my last freestyle picture ( because i think it's a good one ) Loco : EMD F7 route : Feather river canyon
one thing I noticed though is that the eastbound platform at North Elizabeth is low level on the route when in reality its high level just like the westbound platform
A fresh snowfall has blanketed the ground, just north of New York City. Here we see two CSX GP40-2's, number 6912, and 6903, waiting at a red signal at the Hunts Point Yard Lead with a local trash train, waiting for a southbound Amtrak northeast regional heading into New York, led by Amtrak ACS64, 641. Route: NEC: New York - New Haven Locos: GP40-2, ACS64
irl north elizabeth is high level platforms and every time i've played on that route i'm always on the wrong side of the tracks after newark and there's a lot more i could list
Thanks everyone for taking part in our contest! Great week as usual, and a fantastic win by IronBladder with some European stock Congratulations! New thread is live: https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/ts20-screenshot-contest-week-10-march-2020.21211/
Guys, thanks for your good wishes. It's nice that Austria is back in the loading screen action! Merci beaucoup! I'm going to be bit busy with work over the next couple of weeks, so I may not be able to join you for a while. Have fun and I'm looking forward to some great screenshots.
