The game doesn't load some of the assets. As for the 3rd party routes, the whole route is missing, though they show up on the menu.
    * I'm sure that the assets exist in the correct folder.
    * I cleared the cache
    * I reinstalled the game and the same problem occurred.
Let alone 3rd party, even the original routes have missing objects. Example: Falmouth Branch (The screenshots)
And a 3rd party route (South Western Expressways to Reading)

I don't know why the game doesn't read some of the files.

    Please help!

Well, in the case of the 3rd party route, you may have not all the required DLC. And as for the Falmouth Branch, it's a pretty old route now, so there may be assets that have been removed from the Euro Asset Pack.

So the first thing you don't do is reinstall the game
That is like - my car headlight does not work - I will remove and reinstall the car engine

On the Just Trains website is
    https://www.justtrains.net/product/south-western-expressways
Important! If you purchased Train Simulator after 20 September 2012, you will require the European Loco & Asset Pack and the US Loco & Asset Pack (both available to purchase via Steam) for the route to display correctly.
If you do I would contact Just Trains as it must be another fault.

The lack of the same asset pack might be why you have missing items from the Falmouth Branch

**** I'm sure that the assets exist in the correct folder.***
    I do have the DLCs
And I do have the asset pack.
There is nothing wrong with the asset files. The problem is the game itself.

So even though it works for other people it must be the game that is a problem rather than missing files on your computer?
You do have Both Asset Packs - EU & US?

    Falmouth Branch - I have
Taking a picture at the same spot
Falmouth.jpg I see it is "\railworks\Assets\RSDL\Foliage01\Scenery\Vegetation\Grass_Field_weeds_line01" which is missing
Check to see if you have a RSDL Folder.
If not I would raise a ticket with DTG as you should have that item

    South Western Expressways - I don't have
I would contact Just Trains it's their product and they will be able to help as to why your track is missing

Yes, I have both Asset Packs.

It seems The Foliage files are inside an AP file. I unpacked it and the weeds are now visible. I don't know why the game doesn't read the AP files of this add-on.

I'll try to solve the South Western Expressways problem. It's not because of the AP file.

    Thanks for the help.

If you have RW Tools it would tell you which assets are missing from the South Western Expressways
