You can submit your screenshot to the thread, and every Friday we will choose which screenshots will go to the loading screens. Shortly after, we will open a new thread and announce the winners. Each week has its own theme which is voted for by the community. Competition Rules: Limit is 2 screenshots per person; 1 screenshot per post. Include in your post the route the screenshot was taken on as well as the name of the train (if applicable). Screenshots must be in a 16:9 resolution, at least 1920x1080 pixels. Screenshots must fit the theme of the week, as stated at the beginning of this post. Other Rules: Official content only. In late 1993, a DB ICE 1 train runs Amtrak's Metroliner service in the late afternoon, approaching Newark Penn Station, crossing over the Passaic River. The train was being leased to Amtrak as part of a test bed (Along with the Swiss built X2000) for what is now known as the Acela Express. This is the summer of 1984, but apart from the Class 37 the picture would have been little changed on the West Highland Line South in the previous 80 years. The semaphore signals have now gone and the station building is boarded up, but the trains still trundle between Glasgow and Fort William on their sparse timetable and it remains a beautiful route to travel.
