You can submit your screenshot to the thread, and every Friday we will choose which screenshots will go to the loading screens. Shortly after, we will open a new thread and announce the winners. Each week has its own theme which is voted for by the community. Competition Rules: Limit is 2 screenshots per person; 1 screenshot per post. Include in your post the route the screenshot was taken on as well as the name of the train (if applicable). Screenshots must be in a 16:9 resolution, at least 1920x1080 pixels. It is a drowsy, but busy day at Western Pacific's Oroville Yard. In the forground, we see train number 18 the California Zephyr, led by a veteran FP7 locomotive, eastbound into Oroville, passing a WP General Manifest led by three new GP40-2s. In the background, we can spot an SW1500 switcher moving a cut from yard track three, to yard track four, and another general manifest led by two GP9s, sitting quietly on track two, waiting for a new crew. A Class 506 works an early morning stopping service on the Woodhead Electric Railway in Blue. In the distance a Class 08 busies itself with yard work.
AP class 37 and AP HST, South Wales Coastal route. Automatically disqualified of course because of the third party content rule. But.. I like it.
A Union Pacific Stack train lead by an ES44AC passes by the 4th Street Yard on the east bank of the LA River. A SD60M and a GP38-2 works the yard. A pair of venerable F40PH-2CATs are on work train duty arriving with a cut of cars needing work at the MMC in Kearney. Both the MMC yard and the freight yard are busy today. Route: North Jersey Coast Line
