This will definitely be an interesting route at least. Even though the sounds will probably be recycled, there's plenty of mods to compensate. I'm looking forward to that caboose.
Looks incredible! And it seems they've done away with their neon green trees too! Looks like a great route, but let's just hope we don't just get those ancient Kuju sounds...
in all honesty is great to see some more East Coast content. And I've been waiting for some type of CSX heritage to come to life in train sim. Can't wait to run some early CSX on this route also
So, something I just realized looking at the photos, and found out while going thru CRR's roster, is that we are actually gonna get standard SD40's and GP38's and not the Dash 2 variations of them.
Plus having also the F7s and GP7s. And not forgetting the route is set in the early 1980s (Before the merge with Seaboard). But still, can't wait to see it released.
I’m glad Dovetail is finally touching on railroads in Virginia! Very beautiful state. Did the Clinchfield have helpers on this route?
Nah we'll just get those dated 10-20 year old ones they've been using since the Kuju days. At least we have SS sound enhancements to fix the 38s and 40s.
Probably not, since they weren't able to add support to the Soldier Summit locos. However there's sound packs and stuff on Railworks America.
