i down loaded the salt lake city dlc when i try to start it it crashes the game ant help to get it running
The Salt Lake City route is an extension to the Soldier Summit one, and the original is required to work. From the looks of it, you don't own Soldier Summit. Or, if it's not too late to get a refund, do so then get a copy of TS2019 which came with both. There's another thread with links to it for less than £7.
