I had an issue with this add-on. Not sure if it’s the same as yours.
    Are you using Steam?
If so, I uninstalled European asset pack, Bristol to Exeter route and southwest express ways add-on.
I then launched the game to ensure i5 had been uninstalled.
Back to steam client to reinstall all 3 packs.
Then check game file integrity. When I did this 1361 files were missing which the client auto installed.
    Launched the game.
Then went to settings > tools and cleared game cache.

now I can use the add-on.
    I hope this helps

Go in to your Steam Client
Click on Library > Train Simulator -
    TS 2020.jpg
Then click on the cog wheel on the right hand side > Properties
This box appears and the right had tab is DLC
    DLC 2.jpg

To remove an item just untick the box.
To reinstall tick the box again.
Any that are Not installed are at the bottom of this list.

There are two ways of seeing the DLC you have installed one way is by right clicking on Train Simulator then selecting properties then go to the DLC tab. Or you can click on Train Simulator then on the right hand side you can scroll down to the DLC and view from there.

You're not wrong though Peter, it's just that there are two ways of viewing your DLC, you have illustrated one way (via game properties) and trev123 illustrated the way via the games home page.

And btw trev123 ... 462 dlc items!!! (cries into meagre 56 dlc items)

Edit : Just noticed Michael has already said it, oh well, oops.

So how do you see the DLC in the view you have?

Scroll down a bit Peter and below Achievements and then Trading Cards over on the right hand side you will then see your DLC, click on "Manage my # DLC"
    Image6.jpg

And then you'll get your list with tick boxes to install/uninstall

    Edit:
Please don't laugh at my measly DLC count, I've only gotten into TS in the last couple of months (even though I've owned the base game since 2014 I think)
