My Xbox restarted due to a update. So it logged me out of dovetail live when I log in everything is gone this happened to my friend as well. Note all my progress is gone for the challenges it needs to be sorted out.!!!!!
This has happened to me as well today. My stats say I've managed to complete both tiers of the GWR Mastery, but on this site it says I've only done tier 1, and it won't even let me login to Dovetail Live on the console.
From my experience, it comes and goes. For nearly two months it hasn't been saving my progress. But yesterday I logged in, and everything updated, including all of the progress I've made in ~2 months. I've managed to unlock Tier 2 in GWE, and my Main-Spessart Bahn progress updated as well. So that's the good news, it'll save your progress, and one day everything will update.
For some reason it awarded me the NTP diorama without having completed the Tier 1 challenges. It's very broken.
Good morning all. For my part since the challenges were added to the game, no progress has been made. Everything is at zero. Is there a registration required to participate in the challenges? For example completing a tutorial on lirr will not accomplish the goal when it should. As a result I don't get my in-game gifts. Please help me! Xbox One X user.

Hallo das ist bei mir auch, wir sind bei Dovetail angemeldet.Habe bei main Spessart alle Aufgaben verloren nichts, keine Fortschritte zu sehn.Es nervt nur noch haben alles nichts nichts. Oder ist das ganze ein Fake? Bin total erledigt. LG
