Hey, whenever i try to play train simulator at the moment the screen is looking a washed out white colour, however when https://testmyspeed.onl/ https://solitaire.cam/ I screenshot it looks normal, its the only game that does it on my pc and it not because its not up to spec because it ran shadow of the tomb raider high settings 4k.

My system has the following specs:
    • AMD Ryzen 5 2400G
    • MSI B450 Carbon AC Pro
    • 16 GB Corsair Vengence RAM
    • MSI GeForce RTX 2070 8GB GDDR6
If you need anymore info please ask.

    Hi austingreyson303,

    Welcome to the forums :)

The most common reason for the washed out display is usually caused by inadvertently setting the in-game brightness to maximum. If you load Train Simulator, go into settings and reduce the brightness setting to the middle, it should look normal again. However, if you're continuing to see this after you have moved the slider above, drop a ticket into Customer Support.

For Train Simulator, your system is well above the recommended specification - and I would highly doubt it's a problem with your computer. However, there can be other factors, such as your display driver, that can cause similar issues. We'll need to run through a few things with you in Customer Support to properly work these out though.

    Hope this helps.

    Best, Steve
