Intermittent bug where the class 45 windscreen wipers stop working when it rains or snows. How to recreate - Load North Trans-Pennine DLC - Go into services menu, and pick the class 45 locomotive. - Set the weather to RAIN or SNOW - Select any service. - Switch your windscreen wipers on and start driving the train. - there's a 50 / 50 chance that your wipers will freeze completely. Thing is, your windscreen wipers will stop working... BUT they start working when press any other key on the keyboard.
Probably a broken feature with the wipers getting frozen to the windshield, try to put the defroster on.
