Not unless supported by the game. So unfortunately, I would say no. I'm not entirely sure the PS4 supports a mouse wheel. I know a mouse can be used within certain games and on the main menu, which in itself would be useful in TSW. But the wheel?
It dosent support an external mouse no. If that wheel is part if a keyboard that it does support however..?
