I selfishly chose Canadian route. But honestly, I'd also be happy with an American route too. I'd like to see more passenger-type services.
I would love to see another Canadian route as well but I decided it would be nice to get another country added
Oh I don't know... maybe something from the 70's or 80's. I would also like to see bios on the trains. Given my not all that extensive knowledge of Trains, it would interesting, I think, to learn about the locos I am using.
BR Blue era, definitely. That is my nostalgia. How about Hull to Doncaster? TransPennine Class 123/4 DMUs (as far as Gilberdyke and on to Selby), Class 101 DMUs, Class 55 Deltics on Hull - Kings Cross trains, Class 31s on the Tilcon aggregates, 20s, 37s, 40s, 45s, 47s on the other various freight - Freightliner, Acetic acid, steel, etc.
Modern British route GWE didn’t unlock its full potential ECW is too short We need a British route that has both those things the two routes were missing.
Hull BG depot was home to 3 Class 03's - 03063, 03073 and 03112. They looked great in washed-out BR Blue!!
Station pilots. They had a top speed of 28mph with only 204HP. Great for shuttling rakes of coaches around terminus stations.
What route would you propose the loco to run on????? If you want I can put this on the loco suggestions forums for you.
That's part of the Hull - Doncaster route suggested earlier. Hull Paragon being a terminus, the 03's would fit right in. Were there until about 1982
