Fishing Sim World Rod Selection Only Opens When I Am In A Boat. Cannot Open When On A Dock Or At A Carp Area

    As described. Rod selection only works if I am in a boat. This is on PS4.

    Its.not a bug. When you are on the dock you use one rod number 1
