Derailment Bug @ Timetable "industrial Freight Move" German Shunter

Hi, I ran into a derailment issue at the end of this short timetable schedule with the German shunter. As I was reversing into the final location at slow speed I got a game over due to derailment. I don't know what caused it. The location where the derailment occur ed is called Lohr Stadt Industrial Siding 4

 

Strange, another re-attempt and i made it. I am confused now. What is your experience?
