PC Tsw 2 Dlc Question

Wow. Not what I was expecting to hear this morning. I have one question though.
I know that the DLC I already own for TSW 1 will carry over. My question is will the DLC I don't own yet still be available to purchase and use in TSW 2?

 

I have the same queation as well. And on a more specific note, will the Köln-Aachen route use trains from TSW2020 routes just as other toutes before it have, or will the trains in those toutes be considered too legacy to add services with?

 

With that amount of german trains in the game, I sure hope I will see them here. The route would be without freight trains otherwise.

To expand on this, will existing routes only be sold as TSW DLCs, or also as TSW2 DLCs?

So for example, a future TSW2 owner wants to buy West Somerset Railway, does he need to buy the TSW DLC and, presumably, then also be required to buy the base TSW product, or can he buy just "TSW2: West Somerset Railway" directly?
