PC Some Questions About Tsw 2

So I saw the announcement, and I'm really hyped, but I have some questions.

1. Will TSW 2 run like TSW or will it perform better/lag more? The listed specs on Steam appear to be the same between games but they might be placeholders so I'd like this cleared up.

2. Will the TSW routes you already own be adjusted for TSW 2 (i,e, improved physics, graphical improvements) to make it in line with the new routes?
